Time passed unknownly, and Hao Tian, together with Yao Chi, ascended above the Nine Layers Heaven. He revealed a resplendent golden decree and proclaimed to all beings of the Primordial World: "By the edict of Daoist Ancestor, the great calamity has passed, and the Heavenly Court has collapsed. In consideration of the order of the Primordial World, Hao Tian and Yao Chi are hereby established as the new Heavenly Emperor and Heavenly Empress to govern the mountains and rivers and command all spirits. Heed this command with reverence!"
The decree embodied immeasurable power of the Heavenly Dao, for as soon as the words were spoken, the command followed. As Hao Tian read out the decree, his resounding voice immediately echoed in the ears of all creatures.
Heavenly Dao descended thousands of auspicious qi and myriad golden lotuses, rendering Hao Tian supremely divine and holy.
