Chapter 2 - WORSHIPPED AS GODS

Elias woke with a start, sweat drenched through his nightdress, heart hammering in his small chest. Screaming He lay gasping on fine linen sheets, the lantern's soft glow and the gentle hush of his bedroom a world away from the roaring flames of his dream. Yet the echo of those screams still played hunting him.

His mother, Lady Mirena, burst through the door at his cry. She hurried to his side, brushing damp hair from his brow as he clutched at blankets.

He was too shaken, his voice trembling. "The flames… the scream… save me mommy,

She was speechless burn mark all over her son, she froze screaming for her husband who barged in next she barely had time to lift her hand before Lord Caelion burst through the door, torchlight flickering into the already lit room. His eyes widened at the son —Elias, trembling and sweat‑soaked, clutching the blankets, but the smell of burning flesh filled the room. On the boy's arms glowed faint, fiery welts that pulsed with a sickly orange light.

"By the gods…" Caelion whispered, sliding to his knees beside his wife. He laid a gentle hand on Elias's shoulder, and the burn‑marks winked out, leaving angry red bruises in their place. "Elias, what— what happened, shock still evident on the face of his father—Quick get the medicine box but before any could move the city alarm bells ranged signaling an invasion, one sonorous clang after another, each reverberating through the rafters like a death knell.

" Medicine!" Mirena gasped, scrambling for the small oaken chest. Elias whimpered as she yanked it open, but her fingers froze around a vial of nightshade salve. Distant shouts reverberated through out the city. A lone figure shrouded in darkness with only the purple light from his eyes reflecting on his sandogasa and his hand tightening on his hand and sending out a swing gently, no visual, no winds but the city walls fell like paper the kingdom army rushing out from the barracks to the open field to meet the intruder, but what awaited them was a awful ending, limbs torn, bodies missing their heads, horse split, it was a blooded ending with blood soaking the ground parts scattered but the main bodies piled together, he stood in the air giving the defenseless kingdom a death stare, his eyes deciding their verdict he appeared inside the kingdom in a blitz wiping the blood from his sword he started another massacre no life's spared.

The kingdom destroyed.

The king's corpse lay ontop his pile of throne.

He sat admiring his work, as a low drum played making everything more sinister, his energy permeated the air thick with evil.

He looked up smiling and then saying; what will you have to rule when there's nothing in this world.

The seven great kingdom destroyed, every town and village spanning acros not even spared.

Seven strongmen once worshipped as gods , rises into the air where a crack had formed and a pure power flowed
