Isn't Celestial rank one of the higher ones? It's nearly the highest in the Advanced category. Rael frowned. It's two stages higher than Exalted and just two stages away from the highest rank, Ascended.
[It's a God, idiot,] Burger scoffed. [To become a God, you must be a Grade 6 existence at the very least. Those people already use skills outside of the system, so even if they do give someone a terrible skill, its rank would be insanely high.]
