Anne's hair was damp, cascading over her shoulders.
Her shoulders were whiter than the brightest moonlight, and the towel she wore was so tight it seemed barely able to contain her chest.
Her long, slender legs, like chopsticks, still had faint traces of water droplets sliding down them.
Her eyes held a mix of innocence and wildness, elegance and playfulness—utterly captivating.
Yes, this was the real Anne.
The real Anne, with only a towel covering her.
Seeing such a breathtaking sight, Gu Ran instantly forgot all about his career ambitions and what he was supposed to be drawing.
He stared at Anne without any pretense, his muscles tensing uncontrollably.
Anne pursed her lips and smiled, "Sorry, I didn't bring any pajamas, so I had to come out like this. Oh, Gu, what are you doing?"
Gu Ran cleared his throat and replied seriously, "Oh, I was just bored, so I thought I'd sketch something."
He couldn't tell Anne about the storyboard project just yet. If he did, she'd probably hound him for updates every day.
And being hounded for updates is terrifying…
It's better to wait until he's mostly finished with the storyboard for *The Dark Knight Rises* before surprising her.
Anne asked in surprise, "What? You can draw too? Oh my God! Gu, I can't help but ask again—is there anything you're not good at?"
Gu Ran felt both amused and exasperated:
Don't praise me, Anne. I haven't even started drawing yet!
Besides, I only just learned this skill, thanks to you.
Anne chuckled, "I love drawing too! Before I started acting, my childhood dream was to become a painter! Gu, I never thought we'd share the same hobby! Let me see your drawing—"
With that, she leaned in, bending over to admire Gu Ran's work.
Holy crap!
Gu Ran's eyes were practically blinded by the dazzling sight…
"I-I haven't started yet," Gu Ran quickly explained.
"Oh, you haven't started? Is it because you don't have a reference?" Anne smiled and lay down on the rose-petal-covered bed. "Well then, draw me! Since we're waiting for the stockings to arrive, why don't you sketch me in the meantime?"
Her coquettish "Well then" almost made Gu Ran lose control!
Fortunately, Gu Ran had been through enough to keep his youthful body in check. After taking a deep breath, he steadied himself.
…Well, they couldn't do anything else right now anyway, since they were waiting for the stockings.
So, why not draw?
It'd be a good chance to test out his drawing skills.
Gu Ran gazed at Anne's S-shaped curves and tightened his grip on the pencil. "…This might not be my best work."
*Storyboard Drawing Skill, activate!*
Gu Ran focused his mind, his eyes locked onto Anne's body as the pencil in his hand began to move on its own, sketching and outlining.
Anne exclaimed in surprise, "Gu, you don't even need to look at the paper?"
…How could I tear my eyes away from you?
Gu Ran replied calmly, "No need. I just need to look at you—it's a talent, I guess."
In reality, the Storyboard Drawing skill allowed him to draw without needing to focus on the paper, as long as he had a clear image in his mind.
That was the beauty of this skill.
"Wow, what an amazing talent," Anne said, lying on the bed and subtly arching her back. She smiled innocently, but her eyes held a hint of seduction.
The towel slipped slightly, half-covering her.
Holy crap…
Half-covered is even more lethal!
Anne, you're really something!
Gu Ran felt like he was about to explode, his grip on the pencil faltering.
How did Jack from *Titanic* manage to finish sketching Rose without losing his mind???
—In less than two minutes, the pencil in Gu Ran's hand stopped moving.
Gu Ran himself was stunned: Am I that fast?
Wait, no—I mean, did I draw that quickly?
Gu Ran looked down at the paper and was shocked!
Holy crap!
Holy crap!!!
What did I just draw?
How did I end up drawing Rose from *Titanic* without her clothes, even though Anne was wearing a towel?
Thankfully, I drew Anne's face, or else there'd be no explaining this!
Wait! Even like this, it's still unexplainable!
Gu Ran quickly grabbed the drawing, ready to tear it up.
Anne, holding onto her slipping towel, jumped up from the bed. "Gu! No! Don't tear it! Let me see!"
Gu Ran hurriedly said, "No, no! It's not good! Really, it's not!"
"I want to see it! Let me see!" Anne pounced, reaching for the drawing in Gu Ran's hand.
Holy crap!
Gu Ran was completely stunned!
Anne: …
Gu Ran: …
Anne: What just happened? Was that…
Gu Ran wrapped his arm around Anne's slender waist!
Anne, one hand covering her chest, snatched the drawing from Gu Ran.
When she looked down, her face turned bright red, all the way to her neck.
Gu Ran cleared his throat, "Anne, let me explain… I actually… hadn't gotten around to drawing the towel yet."
Anne burst out laughing, "Gu, you're so bad! Do you think I don't know how drawing works? No one draws the body first and then adds the clothes later! You did it on purpose! You're so naughty! And here I thought you were all cool and aloof! I never expected this side of you!"
I didn't! I really didn't! I…
Crap, my image is ruined!
Gu Ran was at a loss for words.
Well, since my image is already ruined, why not—
Gu Ran scooped up Anne's light body.
Despite being 173 cm tall, Anne only weighed 50 kg, with all her curves in the right places.
Being lifted so suddenly, Anne let out a soft gasp.
But she didn't resist. Instead, she wrapped her slender arms around Gu Ran's neck, her peach-blossom eyes shimmering with endless charm.
Without saying a word, just by locking eyes with her, no man in the world could resist.
Anne's gaze was so pure and innocent, yet it seemed to say: Come on.
Innocent yet seductive!
Gu Ran felt his breathing grow heavy and ragged. The next step was—
Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!
Gu Ran's phone vibrated loudly in his pocket.
Anne shivered from the vibrations.
Blushing, she broke free, "You should… answer that."
Holy crap!
This call couldn't have come at a worse time! We were so close!
Gu Ran pulled out his phone and growled, "Hello! Who is it? Oh, the stockings are here? Okay, have the bellhop bring them up."
Soon, a large box of stockings was delivered by the bellhop.
Gu Ran took the box, tipped the bellhop £50, hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, and quickly closed it.
Now, no one would interrupt them.
And they had the stockings.
"Anne…" Gu Ran cleared his throat, "The stockings are here. Do you want to try them on?"
"Sure…" Anne asked softly, "Do you prefer white or black?"
Holy crap!
I know the answer to this one!
Gu Ran smiled, "As long as you're wearing them, I love both black and white."
Anne smiled coyly, "Then… black it is."
Anne picked out a pair of black stockings.
You get me, Anne!
Gu Ran was overjoyed!
Then, Anne turned slightly and began to slip the stockings onto her legs.
She was wearing nothing but a towel and the stockings.
Watching Anne put on the stockings, Gu Ran was on the verge of losing control.
"Do they look good?" Anne asked, showing them off.
Gu Ran's voice trembled slightly, "They look… amazing."
"Shall we… continue drawing?"
"Uh, sure."
"I'm confiscating the last drawing because it wasn't accurate. You'll have to draw me again…"
With that, Anne lay back down on the rose-petal-covered bed and untied her towel.
Gu Ran's eyes widened…
Anne cooed, "Gu, what are you waiting for?"
Right!
That's the ultimate question!
What am I waiting for!?
Gu Ran threw the pencil aside and pounced!
