"Chloe, why aren't you eating?"
Isabella Gray looked at Chloe Grant staring blankly at the food in front of her, feeling a bit puzzled.
When Chloe Grant looked up, she found that everyone at the table was looking at her.
She blinked, then blinked some more.
"What's going on here? You usually eat quietly without saying a word, but today you're daydreaming. Are you sick?"
Just as Isabella was about to reach out to touch Chloe Grant's forehead, Chloe had a sudden idea—
"Ugh!"
Chloe Grant covered her mouth, pretending to feel nauseous, hurriedly stood up, and ran out of the dining room towards the bathroom.
"Chloe? What's wrong?"
Isabella anxiously asked.
Matthew Morgan had already put down his napkin, "I'm finished, I'll go check on her."
He acted calmly, as if he was really just going to take a look, like he said.
But when he left the dining room and headed towards the bathroom where Chloe Grant was, his expression turned very serious.
