"Are you alright?"
Those are the words Alex asked the moment Aurora opened the door.
Aurora sighs and slightly shakes her head.
"It would be a lie if I said I am alright…I'm exhausted!"
Seeing her faint smile made Alex feel concerned for her.
He gazed into her eyes for a moment before replying, "I understand. You need to rest now, Rory. Let's go," he said, guiding her to their bedroom.
"Your dad will be fine. He appears happy when he enters your house. Let's hope he will be staying there for a long time." Alex explained while opening the bedroom door and letting her step in first before he closed the door behind them.
Aurora simply smiled after hearing that; she was happy that her father had finally moved into their house.
However, she feels tired now, not because of those matters but because of the call she just received.
"I'm not that tired, Alex. I was just annoyed after talking to my cousin. I mean, Spencer matters…"
