What she said was true, although rare, it wasn't strange for Curse bearers to gain new abilities, something like sub curses…
But these abilities always came with knowledge of how to use them. Even with Ark's strange circumstances, he still knew how to control each ability he revived, the second form of dragon strike being a prime example.
And yet, he could not rule it off.
