"That was fast," Aric said. He knew Ron was quick, but he didn't think that his building abilities would have gone that far.
"I've been bettering my skills, master. After all, Lady Ariel has refused for you to be doing the hard work, so I have to make my skills as good as yours," Gorin said.
"Gorin, I can tell for certain that you are better than me already, by a lot," Aric said. He knew that Gorin might want to dispute that, so he continued speaking. "So show me to the dungeon."
Gorin nodded and led the way. They made their way out of the house and walked to the side, where a trap door led downward.
Aric was already impressed at the sight of the trap door; he didn't think something like that would be there.
After Gorin opened the trap door, they used a ladder that had been set there. Aric climbed down after Gorin, dropping down into a short hallway made of bricks.
