A flash of golden light appeared momentarily in front of the grand gates of Silver Dusk Palace. The light was blinding, but it vanished as quickly as it came, leaving behind a pale-faced young man leaning against the wall.

Ren panted heavily, his hands supporting his body. A wave of nausea surged in his stomach, nearly causing him to lose his balance.
"So this is what it feels like to use Godspeed for five minutes? The side effects aren't as bad as what Alec and Godou experienced… but still... Ugh…"
It took a few moments for the nausea to subside, giving Ren time to regain his composure and stand tall again. He let out a long sigh, wiping his face with his right hand.
"Phew~ I guess I underestimated Godspeed. It's not as bad as I thought." He muttered with a faint smile, though cold sweat still trickled down his forehead.
Ren's perception of Godspeed had completely shifted after trying it himself. Before, he only thought of it as an ability to move at incredible physical speed—superhuman agility. But the reality was far more complex.
In truth, Godspeed wasn't about moving fast; it was about shortening the duration of travel. Instead of traveling from Point A to Point B at hundreds of kilometers per hour, it was the ability to traverse that distance in mere fractions of a second. Rather than accelerating physically, it distorted the passage of time required for movement.
Ren's body, senses, and thought processes all accelerated simultaneously, causing the world around him to slow down. Leaves and wooden debris blown by the wind, along with raindrops, all appeared to move in slow motion from his perspective. Everything moved as if played back in slow-motion footage, while he could dart around like lightning.
"When using Godspeed, I can perform movements that are physically impossible for a normal human. Regular running is bound by two-dimensional space." Ren smiled faintly, recalling how smoothly he maneuvered during Godspeed.
He thought back to Godou's Raptor Incarnation.
"Godou uses Raptor to make his body extremely light so he can move in three dimensions. But Alec's Godspeed is something else entirely—it's four-dimensional movement."
Ren sighed, recognizing the greatness of Black Prince Alec.
"Even with time under his control, it truly is four-dimensional movement. Chasing someone like him would be impossible!"
Now, having experienced Godspeed firsthand, Ren understood why Alec was hailed as the fastest among the Campione of this era.
"That reputation is well-deserved."
However, before entering Silver Dusk Palace, Ren decided to check his physical condition. He stretched out both arms, feeling every muscle and joint to ensure nothing felt off. Thankfully, everything seemed fine.

If he continues using Godspeed for twenty minutes or more without deactivating his Divine Authority, the side effects become exponentially worse—thousands of times more severe than the initial temporal distortion symptoms."
Ren exhaled, feeling slightly fortunate.
"As for me… after five minutes, the side effects were relatively mild. Is this because of the differences in our Divine Authorities?" He began to ponder.
"Godou's Godspeed came from the Raptor Incarnation in the Ten Incarnation Divine Authority. Alec's Godspeed came from the Black Lightning Divine Authority. Mine came from the Solar Flash Divine Authority. Although all three have similar basic abilities, the essence of each Divine Authority is quite different."
Ren concluded that these differences might influence how their bodies reacted to using Godspeed.

He didn't think much of it, assuming she was probably busy studying magic. After a few pleasantries, Ren continued towards the room Alice had prepared for him.
Reaching the room, he casually opened the door. However, his first glance fell upon something surprising.
In the middle of the room stood a girl with long blonde hair, usually tied in a side ponytail, but this time it was let down freely, flowing softly down her back. She wore a blue bunny costume that clearly accentuated her curves. Blue bunny ear accessories adorned her head, while a matching blue ribbon circled her neck, adding a sweet and seductive touch.
"Ai?" Ren was stunned to see himself greeted by a bunny girl.
Hayasaka responded with a small smile, raising two fingers in a peace sign. Her face flushed slightly, but she maintained a relaxed demeanor.
"Welcome, pyon~. Ren-sama must be tired, so I'm providing special bunny girl service. Does Ren-sama like it?" She said flirtatiously, trying to suppress the nervousness building up inside her.
The bunny girl persona she put on made her look different from usual, radiating a seductive aura she rarely showed.
"Like it? Do you still need to ask such an obvious question?" Ren smiled lightly.
Without hesitation, he approached, his hands gently wrapping around her slender waist, ready to kiss her lips. However, Hayasaka deftly pushed Ren's chest, keeping distance between them.

Ren sat on the bed, his gaze fixed on her.

Hayasaka feeling her heart beat faster and faster, could only nod slightly. Her breath caught in her throat, and she hid her flushed face in Ren's chest, trying to conceal the overwhelming shyness within her.
