Rivaan's body ached as he slowly regained consciousness. The golden Sky stretched endlessly above him. His head throbbed, but he forced him sef him self to sit up.
Nearby, Griffith stood tall, its massive wings folded. But Rivaan knew they. couldn't travel unnoticed with Griffith. His finger instinctively reached for the pendant hanging around his neck - the relic his grandfather had given him.
His grandfather's words echoed in his mind.
This will allow you to take Griffith anywhere. Place around him, and he will become small enough to carry but as long as you keep it on him.
Rivaan turned to griffith and gently placed the pendant around its neck. A faint glow surrounding the beast once-mighty creature let out a surprised Chirp as its body became small as like now can sit one shoulder easily.
Well, that Worked, Rivaan muttered, rubbing the small griffith head as it nuzzled him.
Just as he was about to catch his breath, the sharp sound of clashing swords cut through the air.
Rivaan quickly placed griffith er in his bag then moved to-ward's that little forest area see a lone warrior battling a group of bandits.
Rivaan turned sharply and sought it down near the bush.
The warrior moved with precision but there is a strange thing, Rivaan noticed the warrior was fighting with two swords one in each hand.
His blades carve through enemies with calculated strikes. He was clearly skilled, but the sheer number of opponents threatened to overwhelm him.
His fighting skills amazed rivaan Rivaan saw a band and tried to stab the warrior from behind.
Rivaan didn't hesitate. He dashed forward kicking that bandit ribs, Bending away warrior notices, rivaan and then two fought together Seamlessly. Rivaan dodged an incoming blade, grabbing a fallen Sword and slicing the bandits.
The warrior using the opening delivered a strike to the final bandit, but he stopped and said run as far as you to your leader and tell him now, I am not going to work with him.
Then the bandits last person run. away in the woods.
Rivaan was witnessing all this.
The warrior wiped his sword clean and turned to Rivaan, his sharp eyes Scanning him.
You fight well.
You weren't doing too bad yourself, Rivaan replied, smirking.
The warrior smirked back. Name's Reiner and You?
Rivaan.
They sat on the grass their exhaustion settling in. Rivaan gaze fell on Reiner's Swords.

Reines nodded · Yeah, this one belongs to my father.
Rivaan asked what about the other One?
Reiner replied, oh! this is just a normal one from a local blacksmith.
After they sit a little more ,gain energy
Reiner stretched, then looked at Rivaan

Rivaan hesitated before answering. I need to find my friend. His mind flashed back to Kael.
Reiner asked do you know where to go? or do you need help?
Rivaan replied ,Yeah you are right, I don't know where to go?
Reines, I can help you, Rivaan with wide open eyes, why? really? But why?
Reiner, because you saved my life and now as a warrior, I owe you one now ,you till then I will help you.
Then Reiner stood up took his swords and asked rivaan to stand up too.
But Rivaan said, I don't know where he is right now, I don't know how long or far we need to travel?
Reiner smirked. Then we will need a ship.
Rivaan frowned. Where exactly are you going to sail the ship... in the middle of land?
Reines chuckled. You have never heard of skyships, have you?
Rivaan blinked. Skyships? You're Joking
Reiner leaned back. You think ships are only meant to sail the sea? In this world, the sky is Just another ocean..
Rivaan scoffed, but deep down, curiosity burned inside him. Alright, suppose these skyships exist. Where do we find one?
Reiner smirk deepened. There's a port not too far from here by black market, mercenary outpost, not the kind of place you'd want to stroll into unarmed.
Rivaan without any fear said, my body is strong enough don't you know. Rivaan took his bag and tightened everything & said, then what are we waiting for? Let's get a ship.
Reiner chucked, pushing himself to his feet. I like your spirit, so let's go even I don't have a place to go now.
Reiner, we should reach the city by nightfall. If we're lucky, we'll find a captain willing to take us.
Rivaan, and if we're not lucky?
Reiner, then we ship ourselves.
