"come sit down and relax" Hou gestured into the floor where he placed two cushions the night before.
The they say down and and Hou prepared his method. He created needles from his skin and plucked them out, laying them on a table. Then he created a blood fog and condensed it into a few drops of paralytic poison.
"Now just don't panic, you're going to feel a slight pin prick"

Hou picked up a needle and dipped it into the poison, then he carefully poked at Hamar's face with his finger. He found what he was looking for and inserted the needle at a specific point in Hamar's face.
Hamar shook but Hou pushed him down,
"Don't worry, just stay steady"
Hou grabbed more needles and placed many needles all over Hamar's body, this was the method Yue was instructing him on. Instead of just giving them poison which might be dangerous, they would use acupuncture.
The body has layers, the physical, ether and soul. The ether body connects the soul to physical and can help influence the other. Right now Hou was using the poison which disrupts wills in the physical body to affect the etheric body.
Hou carefully moved and did the same with Hafar.
"Now both of you might notice you cannot move easily, be careful and dry as you did yesterday. Try sense your will, it might seem harder but you are training at higher intensity, when you do it without the poison you should see great improvement"
Hou looked over and made sure to watch over the time, to make sure they don't delay set off. An hour before the sect was to set off, Hou warned them and took out the needles.
"Anything yet?" Hou asked.
"No not yet"
"Same nothing"
Hamar and Hafar stretched after sitting for hours not being able to move, they needed to get ready for fighting, which is why Hou woke them up early.
Hou went down to everyone and was stopped by Penn,
"A few people got enough contribution points and are asking for abilities, could you do that for them now?"
"Sure, bring me over to them, how many points, what abilities"
"200 each, for special abilities to help them daily life."
"Okay, got it, lead me over"
Hou followed behind Penn as he brought him to a group of 5 who all had different crafts, blacksmith, leather worker etc...
Hou went through and have them each an ability suited to them, from just strength to wind, or heat generation.
Once Hou was done, he once again continued his daily life. He waited for set off while absorbing qi and while moving, he used his different abilities to defend from monsters and help moving.
At the end of the day just as the sun was setting Hou shouted back,
"This is it for today, tomorrow we go early before midday, so get some rest!"
Hou said back, letting the sect manage itself, he need only work with abilities.
He decided that tonight he would continue his experimenting, he would destroy the symbiote around his brain and recreate it's shell with blood.
At night Hou used his control over blood to attack the symbiote around his brain, once the will was free he recreated the formation and trapped the false spirit will again.
Hou activated the ability, and it felt much the same as before, an invisible force was created which he could manipulate however he saw fit, it used slightly less qi but still too much.
'I wonder what parts of the dao, the original spirit came from, perhaps 'energy'? Hopefully when master finishes the formation, I can make use of it with less qi.'
Hou finished his shirt experiment and flew around the camp, asking where Hamar and Hafar were. After asking around, he found they were together a at the mess hall having an after-training snack.
Hou carefully flew nearby, since getting rid of the wings his flight was almost silent, and sat down with them.
"Hello, both of you, once your done, come to my tent I'll watch over and help you train to sense your wills."
Hou saw them both now with their mouths full and flew back to his tent to get it ready. He created needles and placed them down on his table, then condensed some paralysis poison into a small glass container.
'I should start to makes lots of the condensed pain for later, if I meet any strong enemy I can use it to stall for time'
Hou decided to wait for Hamar and Hafar by sending his own wills. He could do it very easily, he could feel wills generated from his soul and pass into his etheric body to create an effect in the physical body.
Hou decided to test the wills, he had taken them for granted for too long.
'If the wills are what causes me to think and act, what if I saturated my blood and body with wills? Could I think and move faster since I have so many wild already generated...'
Hou put his rumination in action and generated many wills, after sending them he could control them and he saturated his whole body with wills, whenever he moved or thought, he should make use of the wills.
Hou saturated his body with wills and stood up, he could react much faster, it was like the world was in slow motion. He could also have clearer memory and thinking, but he could sense the wills were being diminished quickly. Before they were all used up, Hou tried to multitask, and he found he could think of more things and do then at once, this would help his movement while away from his inner world!
If he saturated his body with wills before leaving his inner world, he could move and act much easier than he could manually sending the wills before!
As Hou was testing his new method, he heard Hamar and Hafar approaching outside his tent.
