Elune and the Iron Sun party was all ears to hear the name that Alex thought of for his store. "The name of the store will be Heaven Mystery Store. As my store will have all of the heaven's mysterious items will be bound at my store once my auction house opens." Alex stated. Clyde laugh heartily "Then let my Iron Sun party shine some light on those folks who carries dark thoughts onto the shop." Elune giggles and smiles at Alex "Then, let us go and celebrate of the success of the Heaven Mystery Store." She instructed a receptionist to bring something to drink at the waiting area for them to celebrate this new cooperation.
Alex and the Iron sun party part ways for today as the party will start their guard duty by tomorrow and they need to prepare as well. Alex didn't mind it and sai his goodbye to the party. "Now, I just need to wait for the auction house to be finished and then, I'll introduce one of the rare skill book and the new potions." Alex decided the next course of action and make his way to his store and make some preparations.
At the Inn where the Iron Sun Party is staying, the whole party was discussing about the new work that they have accepted "I'm glad that we are able to accept this work. The shopkeep is very generous with the pay as well as the benefits." Vince said as he drink a mouthful of ale. "Haha! Shopkeep is really generous and mysterious. With how he prices his products, I'm not sure on how can he make money out of it." Clyde mentioned "that's right. If you think about it, either the shopkeep gather the Ingredients himself and brew the potions himself or he has a backer from the capital." Elise added. Kido nodded and Daisy is in deep thought. "Daisy, since you are a spirit cultivator, are familiar with spirit tactics?" Clyde asked. The Iron sun party just only found out that Daisy was in fact a spirit cultivator. They only found out about it when they were on their way back to town and was ambush by dire rats. Apparently, their supply was exhausted and Clyde has a serious injuries hence they are unable to resist the dire rat's ambush. Thankfully, Daisy was there and showcase her spirit cultivation spells to wipe out the dire rats hence they were able to reach the town safely.
Daisy thought for a moment and nodded "I am familiar but not much. I only know two spirit tactics. One is a defensive spirit tactics and the other is scouting tactics." "That's great! With those tactics we can guard the store easily plus with your scout tactic, Kido's reconnaissance skill and Elise's sentry skill, we can easily secure atleast 200 meters around the store. Vince, I want you to set up some spell detection as well within the 200 meter range so that even the enemy uses invisibility, you can detect the intruder." Vince nodded with Clyde's intruction. Clyde drank a whole pint of beer and sigh "if only i was not injured to this extent." He looked at his right hand and continued "Although I can still fight but my combat abilities has already deteriorated from a D rank to an E rank." He said with a tinge of sadness in his tone. "But Clyde, didn't the doctor said that your arm can still be fully heal with the help of the bone tempering potion that can be purchased at the capital?" Elise said. Just as before they accepted the job, they went to visit Doctor Selene for the arm cast to be removed and after checking that the flesh and bone was healed, she also mentioned that for his bone to fully heal, he needed to consume a bone tempering potion which is available at the capital. The only thing is that, there is no safe route to go to the capital and you need to go through to the Northern gate where wild beast usually swarm the walls hence they would need to join a caravan that is enroute to the capital. In addition, the cost of the bone tempering potion is 800 silvers each and there is no guarantee that his bones will heal by drinking it once.
Clyde just smile at Elise. He knew that she is comforting him and although she is a muscle head and only adventures are on his mind, he is also aware on gow much sacrifice Elise made for him. She was the most beautiful flower on their village. Their family is actually doing well and if there is no accident, Elise could just live a comfortable life with her family but when he was about to embark to become an adventurer, she, without hesitation leave behind that comfortable life and come with him. At first, hr didn't understand why she would do it but as time passes, he slowly notice these changes.
Alas! This baldy know how to be sensitive towards Elise. Clyde froze when he heard the mysterious voice as well as Elise, Kido, Vince and Daisy. "What the hell?! Your mom is a Baldy!" Clyde shouted and Elise lips twitched and punch Clyde's head "Idiot! That's the only thing you notice?! Hmp! What an idiot baldy! Let's go Daisy, let's rest." Elise drag Daisy to their room while Kido and Vince shakes their head and continue to drink.
Back at the store after arranging for everything, Alex only needs to wait for the Iron sun party tomorrow for further arrangement for their lodging as well as their monthly payments. "Phew! Next would be arranging an auction. Although, I don't have much items in me, I believe one of this rare skill book can be sold for a very good price. Only need to do is check these skill book and see what is suitable to sell." Alex open up the 'skill book' tab and check the two rare books.
