"Hey kid, come over here for a second."
Alex heard a voice call out to him from a dark alley that was positioned between two half-collapsed buildings.
No lights could be seen from any of the windows on either building, which showed that no one lived in them.
Alex looked over; he was just a few more minutes away from his house, but he didn't run away and walked over instead.
He knew what was about to happen since it had happened to the old Alex before, and he had naturally seen it in his memories. Alex would have probably run away like a mad man if it were when he just transmigrated, but now it was different.
'Now this should be fun,' Alex chuckled silently as he walked toward the dark alley.
Sitting on top of some broken furniture and an old dumpster in the alley were a group of five men in ragged clothes and rough appearances. They had pieces of clothes tied around their foreheads or arms, and Alex could spot the scars on their bodies.
They were obviously not good people.
