Mother yells at me, and I glare at her.
"Don't tell me to calm down! If they were all going to be silent and send her to her death, I expected you to do something at least! I expected better from you, Mom! How could you let them do this? How could you let her do this? How could you!?" I yell in anger, and Darven steps forward.
"This isn't mother's fault. Mirelah insisted on going. She wouldn't let anyone talk her out of it. Mother even wanted to go in with her, but Mirelah was against it." He informs as he holds my shoulders in an attempt to calm me, and my eyes dart over to my father.
"You're happy about this, aren't you? Why can't you be happy for me!?" I rage, and he stands up from his throne.
