CHAPTER 12
Minutes after entering the square shaped and wrecked Mall, the doctor stumbled upon a crazy good looking sight, a bunch of demonic creatures were in a huge pile, dead, blood was dripping from the creatures. The blood looked fresh meaning that they were killed not so long ago by something or someone.
The walls were covered in blood fresh blood, looks like the weapons used here were ones that could slice objects and others that could deal blunt attacks, hammer, bat, boulder or evev fists.
"So this was clearly done by something or someone deliberately so, I don't think they posed a if the killer managed to kill this many."
The doctor walked through the mall catching sight of a pile of demonic creatures dead at every corner he took, cold expression on his was with a nice smile the fact that a bunch of demons were killed didn't phase him one bit. He took a right corner and found what he was looking for, it was gas laughing gas it was there sitting like that untouched and unbothered while the other products were torn apart or engraved un with the natural soil and vines." I have to get very soon, something is a bit off" these were the words he spoke to himself as he grabbed all the gas. One step of his boot he turned back as he stretched the floor with his boots, like when you are stepping on a wet clean tile.
"Wait...what?" The mall was totally clean as he adjusted his eyes a bit since he couldn't believe what he saw. The mall now had clean walls that shine, wet clean floors, showing signs that it was cleaned only a few minutes ago but the problem was that a few seconds ago it was extremely overrun with vines and dirt.
The doctor worried as to what happened that's when he came up with the theory that he's back in time to when the building was in operation. He walked through the way he came the pile of dead creatures were gone, he walked then stepped in a puddle o fresh blood then looked down, nothing was there except for a clean and reflective tile. The doctor looked foward and continued head on focusing on the path ahead anxious. The path seemed to change more like glitched right infront of his eyes.
"Looks like time isn't very stable here" that's were he's thoughts started to run wild full of multiple theories that helpfully made him more stressed. The one thought that caught his attention was that, time isn't stable to the point that it's fluctuating between the present and future and the other would be that the exact same thing that happened to the hospital is happening here too. The main question now was how? The doctor walked through the glitchy mall as he was walking the dead demons woke up without him realizing, one clawed hand grabbed the corner and appeared with it's face looking dangerous as hell, it grabbed the doctor's face with it's hand and sent the doctor's face plumiting down creating a crack in the floor which was soon repaired by the unstable time change. The creature soon rose up showing it's full body, it was extremely thin, had arms similar to an animal but these looked like they have outgrown, a slender face with a dark hole were the eyes would be and it walked on all fours.
The doctor soon rose up and he took one huge can of laughing gas and hurdled it at the creature's face creating a great banging sound that moved through the walls and called the other creature even if they were dead.
The creature now had a wobbly looking face which was still intact yet fully operational.The claws soon flew around like no tomorrow and they actually hit the doctor, these hits were very slow for a being of it's physique and thin long outgrown arms. The doctor could avoid the hits instinctively,but he let them hit him just to test out his new cloak, how cute of him. Tha t test proved to be a problem as he was sent flying through the self repairing walls, as soon as he rose up the the creature leaped ontop of him trying to impale his face with it's claws.
"The cloak is excellent but, I'm not wearing it on my face so... Moooooove!"
With one hand the doctor palmed the creature far from him followed with a kick to the stomach, the doctor is very short so before any attack he has to do a jump. He did the Naruto run straight towards the airborne creatures and jumped up doing a 360 degree kick to the stomach, the creature was now headed off to the walls when the doctor leaped forward again to do a headbutt and yes to the stomach, that's how tall the creature was.
The destroyed walls didn't self repair but , they stayed destroyed" why did they not self repair this time?" The doctor asked.
"Shouldn't it be more obvious or are you just that dumb." The creature replied, when the doctor asked the question he didn't expect any kind of answer but he got one. "Wow you can talk even with no mouth."
The creature rose up from the rubble,cleaning itself from the dust that had accumulated. "So do you wish to talk even though we are just going to kill each other?"
"Yes indeed now question one, why are you attacking me?"
"Well cause you are my enemy now for my question, why are you so strong even though you are a doctor?"
"I am a doctor but I became one out of pure talent and skill, meaning that I had enough time for combat training. My question, what's happening to the building?"
"Wait..what? I should be the one asking that question since this thing started happening as soon as you appeared."
"To be clear I have no idea as to what's happening, by the way who killed you all?"
That simple question sparked something within the demonic creature.
