"In this exam, we will test how well you work in teams. Everyone groups up in groups of eight. You all have ten minutes to do that." The students quickly scrambled to find the person they would pair up with. Some were picked based on family relations, some chose strong people to hide behind, and within ten minutes, everyone was grouped up.
'Um... Wow. I didn't even have to go around too much to find people to team up with,' Piera thought as he looked around him. "And the crazy thing about this is that most of the people who are here with you have no relationship with you. Well, the strong get attracted to the strong," Croti replied, making mental notes about everyone around Piera.

"Auren, maintain a slot for me in your group. I'm coming back in 2 minutes," Piera said, walking to survey the area, but mainly to find good people he could put in his group. "Okay, be back soon," Auren replied.
Soon after, someone Auren wasn't expecting came to meet him. "Hello, my name is Shiriah Cardenze. Can I join your group? Both of you looked interesting, so I think this is the group for me..." Shiriah said, with an uneven voice.'Well, someone with three affinities, one of which is foresight, can't be too strange, right...' Auren thought, only to have his mind addled by the next person... well, people who came up to him.
"My name is Elena Varion, and this is my brother, Uriah Varion. We want to join your group." "Okay, you can join," Auren said. The amount of people that started popping up after these three were so much that Auren started vetting them 'Damn that Piera. All of these people are here for him, and where is he?? Taking a stroll. "Mind if I help?" Shiriah's voice echoed in Auren's ears. To Auren, it felt like he had just had a miracle.
"Yes, if it won't bother you." Together, they started to cut down the number of applying students. After the tedious vetting process, the number of students in the group was seven, and their names were Piera Valemir, Auren Valemir, Shiriah Cardenze, Elena Varion, Uriah Varion, Syris Ilmara, and Karren Darex.
There was still one empty slot, but no one was found who was good enough to fit that role. That was until Piera came back. "I'm back, Auren." He said, practically taking a stroll and greeting people while he was way behind schedule. "And I came back with someone who will be a great fit for our group, his name is Lex Styrol, and he's a cool guy. He and I talked for a while, and he will make a good partner."

"Now that all of you have been grouped up, let's introduce the exam," Kaelyra said while displaying a hologram of a forest. "Your third and final exam will be taken in this location. Every group will be given 800 points, meaning 100 for each person. The objective of this exam is to get as many points as possible. You can either work as a team or fly solo, but if you fly solo, your starting points will be halved, and the points gotten from defeating you will be 200, so you'll be a walking target."
"Keep in mind that your location will be revealed to the other groups every ten minutes. And if your average score drops below 500 per person, you fail. There are no second chances. No exceptions. You can come back next year."
Kaelyra's eyes swept the field. "Now. Let it begin. The final exam."
