"Hmm…!?"

The sudden move caught Haruno off guard. Her pupils widened, and a soft, surprised sound slipped from her lips.

She couldn't believe Yuto had the nerve.

Yuto flashed a faint smile. Acting like nothing happened, he brushed past her with a light step.

Behind him, Yukino tilted her head, curious. "Sister, have you met Yuto before?"

"Yes, haha, just by chance," Haruno replied, forcing the words through clenched teeth. Her fake smile twitched as she kept walking forward.

This was Yukino's first visit to the family company in Tokyo.

The building mixed old-fashioned charm with modern touches. Staff hurried through the halls, their steps quick and purposeful. Judging by the polished look of these workers, the company's strength was obvious.

Yukino didn't ask much about the family business. Haruno, as the CEO, always kept her mind sharp.

The three stepped into the president-only elevator. It shot up smoothly, soon stopping at a private room.

The space was huge, about half the size of a basketball court. Inside, a tall, curvy woman with white hair stood controlling a flock of crows, practicing her cursed techniques.

"Long time no see, Mr. Yuto," Mei Mei said, bowing respectfully as he entered.

"Mei Mei, how are you fitting in here?" Yuto asked with a warm smile.

"Not bad. The pay you offered is good enough to keep me working hard for ten years."

Hiring Mei Mei had been a casual choice for Yuto. She loved money, and as long as the reward was right, the white-haired woman stayed loyal. Her job here was to train new recruits who showed promise as sorcerers. As the company grew, crossing others' paths was unavoidable.

Having skilled people around could keep trouble to a minimum.

If that failed…

Yuto would step in himself.

Haruno handed Yukino a newly bought cursed tool and told her to practice cursed energy with Mei Mei.

As Yukino walked away with Mei Mei, Yuto pulled Haruno into a small room nearby.

"Wait..."

The room was built special: no one outside could see in, but those inside had a clear view out.

Yuto's hands were already on her waist, firm and unyielding. She turned her face aside, cheeks faintly red.

This wasn't new to her. Back in Chiba, they'd been through it all—so familiar with each other. Her pale skin glowed with a soft blush. Her short black hair fell gently, and Yuto caught the clean scent of her shampoo.

Haruno carried herself with grace and beauty. Her outfit was simple but chosen with care. It hugged her figure just right.

A small patch of soft skin peeked out at her chest, drawing the eye to her deep neckline. Her slim waist stood out even more, giving her a bright, lively charm.

Haruno Kneeled down, undoing his belt.

...…..

After finishing with Haruno, Yuto moved on to Mrs. Yukino's office.

Under her shy gaze, he completed the full family set.

......

One Day Later

Back at the same coffee shop as before, Yuto met with Iori Utahime. It had been a while, and they were there to talk about the fallout from Aki's bloody rampage.

"Here's the one who turned Aki into a soul-twisted monster—a special-grade cursed spirit called Mahito," the shrine maiden said, sliding a surveillance photo across the table.

The picture showed a young man, maybe twenty, with stitches criss crossing his body and face. He wore a black shirt with a grid pattern and black pants.

As he walked away, he stuck out his tongue, smirking wickedly at the camera.

This was no accident—he'd planned it. Mahito, a special-grade cursed spirit, led the others like him. Born from human hatred and fear of each other. He was sneaky, cruel, and heartless, sparing no one—not even women or kids.

Since his core was his soul, most cursed techniques couldn't touch him, making him a nightmare for sorcerers. Only a handful of rare skills could harm his true form. Worse, he could reshape human souls with a touch, turning people into half-cursed puppets under his command.

Aki had fallen to his tricks and become a monster.

Iori Utahime's report said Mahito was new to existence and curious about his powers. He'd been running twisted experiments on people in different places, treating lives like trash. Even sorcerers from the official Curse Bureau had fallen to his strange abilities, transformed into grotesque things.

A being like that was humanity's enemy by nature.

Yuto wanted him gone.

But Mahito was a master of disguise. Even with official records to check, tracking him down wouldn't be simple. Still, he was now on Yuto's kill list. If the chance came, Yuto wouldn't let him slip away.

"With such a mess at Shuchiin Academy, what will the officials do?" Yuto asked,

"It's tricky. Shuchiin has kids from big families—important people in society."

"Those parents won't let their children's deaths go quietly. I think the pressure might force the officials to tell the public about the supernatural world."

"Hm," Yuto nodded slightly, acknowledging her point.

Shuchiin's aftermath was the officials' problem, he simply didn't care.

With no school to attend for now, it was the perfect time to tackle the [Bride of the God] mission.

But first, he had to visit Tokyo Jujutsu High.

......

Last night, Megumi had awakened her technique.

Her one and only skill—a healing-focused Reverse Cursed Technique.

Reversed Cursed Technique is a special type of cursed technique that turns cursed energy into positive energy to regenerate flesh and heal injuries.

People skilled in Reverse Cursed Technique were rare.

Shoko Ieiri was one of the best. She and Iori Utahime went way back. Shoko was the doctor at Tokyo Curse Technical College, a classmate of Gojo Satoru and Geto Suguru.

Iori Utahime thought Shoko was the best teacher for her.

.......

Before, Yuto's huge fight with Gojo Satoru had wrecked the college and nearby buildings.

With no choice, Principal Yaga Masamichi had picked a new spot for a temporary campus.

The college clearly had money.

This new lakeside campus was massive, with pretty views and a quiet setting.

Yuto brought Megumi along, following Iori Utahime inside.

Soon, they found Shoko Ieiri in the infirmary, drinking even though it was daytime. Unlike the lively, expressive shrine maiden, Shoko was a classic dark beauty.

Tall, with long black hair and faint shadows under her eyes. Her plain white doctor's coat traced her slim, elegant frame. Her chest pressed against the table, looking heavy and full.

"Drinking in the morning? Really?" Utahime snapped, snatching the bottle from Shoko's hand as they walked in. "Vodka? You don't mess around."

"You know I drink because I quit smoking," Shoko said, pouting a little. "Right, so you just swapped one bad habit for another!" Iori Utahime rolled her eyes.

"Oh, this is my student? She's so young," Shoko said, noticing Yuto and Megumi Kato.

She took back the bottle and sipped, her lips glossy from the drink, tempting someone to lean in.

Megumi Kato blinked her big eyes, bowed politely, and said, "Nice to meet you."

"Megumi, you'll study here," Yuto said.

He wasn't worried about Shoko's teaching. With Iori Utahime around, she wouldn't slack off.

........

To track down Kuubou, Yuto had to start with recent odd events.

Last time, after pressing the possessed Nankobo for answers, he'd learned Kuubou was getting harder to control. Lately, they'd lost contact completely. Even the other possessed members didn't know where it was hiding.

With the officials cracking down harder, the possessed had stopped talking to each other. The trail had gone cold.

So, Yuto planned to use his special envoy title to get some help from the Onmyoji division.

.......

Arriving at the Onmyoji office, Yuto slid open the door.

"Welcome" A familiar voice hit his ears.

He looked over and saw Kotoko Iwanaga, someone he hadn't seen in a while, sitting on a sofa. She smiled and waved.

"Kotoko, what are you doing here?" Yuto asked, curious.

"Hehe, to see you, of course," the tiny girl said, darting into his arms. She poked his solid abs with a grin. "It's been forever. Your body's even tougher now… How about taking off your shirt for me to check?"

"?"

Yuto pushed her playful hands away, not amused.

"Fine, I'll tell you then," Kotoko said, hopping out of his arms with a pout.

"The Ministry of the Environment's Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division is a government group made to handle evil spirit problems."

"Most members here are treated like regular workers… and I'm a special consultant. They called me in because of a big demon-eating incident lately."

"Miss Kotoko is right," came a soft, charming voice from a distance.

Yuto turned and saw a mature woman in a wheelchair, radiating a gentle smile.

But there was something distant about her.

The woman rolled closer and introduced herself smoothly. "Hello, Special Envoy. I'm Ayame Jinguuji, head of the Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division. We work alongside the Public Security's Special Anti-Demon Unit and the Exorcism Bureau, run by the two big curse colleges."

"Our division is different, though. We only deal with demons, so we stay out of the spotlight."

"Interesting," Yuto said. He studied the glasses-wearing woman. She had a calm, mature charm. The rare kind of gentle older sister type.

In the original Ga-Rei, she was sharp and tough, but that didn't matter to Yuto.

His eyes roamed over her full figure, wrapped in a suit and white shirt, pausing on her bare, pale legs.

Then they shook hands.

"Director Ayame, you know why I'm here. I need a skilled onmyoji," Yuto said.

"Don't worry, I've set up the perfect person for you," she replied with a soft smile.

"Yomi is great with a sword, smart, and quick to act. She's our top expert."

"To be honest, we've been chasing this evil spirit that's taken so many lives for a while. With her, I'm sure you'll find Kuubou's trail."

"Follow me to the meeting room. She's waiting there." Yuto and Kotoko followed Ayame inside.

A girl with a hint of loneliness in her eyes glanced over as the door opened. She was strikingly beautiful. Long black hair flowed like a waterfall, and her dark eyes sparkled like gems. Her slightly upturned eyes gave her a sly, fox-like look. Her body was well-shaped, curvier than most her age.

She wore a neat black sailor uniform, holding a long samurai sword in her slim, pale hands.

Yomi Isayama, a second-year high schooler at 17, was the division's best swordswoman. In the onmyoji world, they called her a "prodigy." Her sword, held the spirit beast Nue, named Ranguren.

"Hello, Mr. Yuto. I'm Yomi Isayama, the onmyoji joining you this time," she said.

Since Yuto kept his details secret, only the higher-ups knew he'd beaten two special-grade curses. To Yomi, he was just a rich kid with connections, curious about the supernatural.

Looking at the lovely black-haired girl, Yuto felt a quiet sigh inside. In the original story, her life was rough. Her parents died to demons when she was little. A genius with swords and magic, she was taken in by a branch of the Tsuchimikado family.

But her talent made her uncle and cousin jealous. They framed her. Betrayed and alone, no one believed her side.

She fell into darkness, full of anger, and turned into an evil spirit. In the end, she fought her adoptive sister, Kagura Tsuchimya, and died sadly in her arms.
