"Then Isn't Jeanne not cool?" Jeanne pouted as she said in a sad tone making Rin panicked.
"N-No Jeanne is also very cool!" Rin fumbled with his words as he tried to not make Jeanne sad.
Jeanne couldn't help but think that messing with her little lord was just too irresistable due to him being so cute.
Who would think that a person like him would have such a past behind him ..... She couldn't tell him that as only they were aware and it was better for him not to know since there was no reason for old wounds to open up when it would be of no use to him.
"Thank you my dear little lord ~ " Jeanne said in a doting tone as she kissed Rin on his forehead and cheeks.
Rin puckered his lips out as if he wanted on there too but Jeanne pinched his cheeks with a giggle.
" You naughty boy ~ you are too young for that~" Jeanne scolded him with a teasing smile making Rin shy.
"But I read in a book that people that love each other , give kisses like that , and I love Jeanne too! I am going to grow up and marry Jeanne!" Rin puffed his cheeks making Jeanne smile warmly as she patted his head.
" Oh my~ Then I might have to wait for my dear little lord to become a handsome young man to swoop me off my feet won't I~ , Here , this is for being a good boy ~ " Jeanne couldn't resist as she gave a small peck to Rin's lips making the boy blush as he covered his face with a shy smile while Jeanne smiled in amusement.

"Mom that bad man came to see us again , and he even creepily smiled at Artoria again , but it was really cool when Artoria made him leave with a look!" Shao Siming was propped up on the bed as she listened to her son animatedly tell her about what happened after he went out to visit Bibi Dong.
She frowned a bit when she heard about Qian Xunji, as a flash of hatred passed through her eyes but it quickly faded away when she gazed at her little baby's pure smile.
He was her little ball of sunshine and without him she wouldn't be able to continue living with all the stuff that happened to her.
Giving birth to him had adverse effects on her health as she was unable to walk on her own anymore due to her body being very weakened.
But she didn't regret it because just seeing Rin smile was enough for Siming to feel like her entire day was filled with happiness.
It was also easier for her to love her son since he didn't resemble that beast at all , it was like he didn't inherit anything from Qian Xunji making her wonder if he was even related to that Qian Xunji.
His hair was raven with his tips being violet , similar to hers, he also inherited his purple eyes from her.
While Renxue on the other hand resembled the Grand Priest and Qian Xunji a lot with only her eyes being the same colour as her sister and her.
Although she felt a bit uncomfortable when she first started taking care of Qian Renxue , that discomfort had lessened a lot and she didn't have any hatred for the innocent child.
Siming was acting as the mother for Qian Renxue since her sister refused to acknowledge the child.
Siming didn't force the issue since she could understand , and since she was willing to raise Renxue along with Rin , the little girl didn't lack love.
Siming would never let her children interact with the Qian family , she didn't want them to acknowledge that side of them , whether it was due to her pettiness or anger.
Luckily both children stayed with her and she was able to keep them due to the help of three mysterious strong women who appeared out of nowhere and claimed to be her son's protectors.
She was immensely grateful to them as without their arrival neither she nor her child would have survived at that mad man's hands.
Siming didn't ask for revenge or something like that because these women were already helping her and protecting her son.
When Rin grows up she would leave the matter to him.
But Bibi Dong wasn't like her , her sister went nearly crazy after the ordeal and had even begged these women to kill Qian Xunji but they had obviously refused as they left the decision to Rin when he grows up and their only job was to protect him.
This obviously made Bibi Dong resent them and her a little too, because she didn't take Bibi Dong's side.
Siming could understand Bibi Dong's sentiment but she still felt a little hurt because her sister still seemed to care about that loser Yu Xiaogang who seemed to have gotten a new girlfriend just after breaking up with her sister.
As for how she knew about it , a drunk Bibi Dong had come to her to vent about it as she was the only remaining person who cared about Bibi Dong and vice versa.
No matter what grievances or problems were between them they were still sisters who loved each other.
That would never change.
Siming was worried about Bibi Dong living away from her because Artoria and the others stayed with Rin that was their house , so if something happens to Bibi Dong she wouldn't be able to protect her.
But luckily Bibi Dong comes to see her everyday and the children also go to see her even if she tells them to leave.....
