Approximately ten kilometers away from the Sand encampment lay the main camp of the Konoha shinobi forces.

Just moments ago, the Konoha reconnaissance ninja who had been dispatched to spy on the Sand forces hurriedly returned to the Konoha camp. He sought out the commander of this contingent—the legendary White Fang of Konoha, Sakumo Hatake.

Upon meeting Sakumo, the scout faithfully recounted the strange events he had witnessed at the Sand encampment, particularly emphasizing the terrifying column of lightning that had surged into the sky from within the Sand camp.

At the time, Sakumo Hatake and the Sannin—Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade—were gathered inside a large tent. Hearing the scout's report, they exchanged puzzled glances.

Orochimaru, who was deeply knowledgeable about ninjutsu, stroked his chin thoughtfully before speaking.

"If I'm not mistaken, that column of lightning must have been at least an S-rank Lightning Release technique! Are there any notable Lightning Release users in Sunagakure?"

The others shook their heads, indicating they were unaware of such individuals.

Sakumo, as the commander, instinctively sensed something amiss. He proposed, "Tsunade, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, let's go investigate what the Sand is up to."

Orochimaru seemed intrigued and eager to join, while Jiraiya and Tsunade raised no objections.

With that, they instructed the remaining jonin in the camp to guard it carefully. The four of them then set off at high speed toward the Sand encampment.

As they approached the Sand camp, they happened to catch sight of various metallic objects suspended in the air above the encampment. Clearly, they had arrived just as the Third Kazekage had gone berserk.

While en route, Sakumo furrowed his brow and turned to ask the Sannin, "Who could possibly cause such a commotion? Could it be the Third Kazekage?"

Orochimaru, whose expertise in ninjutsu surpassed the others, responded with a flick of his tongue and a gleam of excitement in his eyes. "Indeed, only the Third Kazekage's Magnet Release could achieve something like this!"

Jiraiya voiced his skepticism. "Is that really possible? To summon so much metal into the sky? Is the Third Kazekage truly that powerful? Why didn't he display such strength in previous battles?"

However, Jiraiya quickly fell silent.

When the four of them reached the outskirts of the Sand encampment and stopped to observe, they bore witness to the horrifying spectacle of a torrent of steel relentlessly assaulting the ground below. They even saw the colossal tornado of iron sweeping through the encampment, obliterating everything in its path.

The sheer scale and destructive power of this Magnet Release technique left all four of them momentarily speechless.

After a long pause, Tsunade swallowed hard, her voice filled with uncertainty. "What
What exactly is happening inside there? The Third Kazekage has caused such a massive disturbance! Whoever is being attacked like this is surely dead by now!"

Sakumo, with his broader experience compared to the Sannin, simply shook his head noncommittally in response to Tsunade's statement.

Suddenly, Jiraiya had a flash of inspiration. "Wait! Could it be that Suna's jinchƫriki has gone berserk, and the Third Kazekage is trying to suppress them?"

Orochimaru's expression darkened as he immediately dismissed Jiraiya's theory. "Impossible. If the jinchƫriki had gone berserk, we'd already see the gigantic form of Shukaku from here. Since we can't see anything clearly, it's obvious the Third Kazekage is fighting someone else entirely."

As the four of them speculated, a sudden and shocking turn of events left them stunned.

To their astonishment, they watched as a figure radiating terrifying Lightning Release techniques ascended into the sky from within the swirling vortex of steel. This mysterious individual soared directly into the clouds above, stirring up violent storms and unleashing flashes of lightning.

The four Konoha shinobi hastily looked upward, but the distance was too great for them to make out the figure clearly. All they could see was the furious storm of lightning crackling above.

Jiraiya grumbled in frustration. "Damn it! If only we'd brought someone from the Hyuga clan with us!"

But before they could dwell on that thought, an even more awe-inspiring sight unfolded before their eyes. The Thunderous Kirin descended upon the steel tornado, utterly annihilating it in a cataclysmic explosion. The sheer magnitude of the destruction left the four of them gaping in shock, unable to close their mouths for a long while.

Sakumo nervously swallowed, his mind racing. He had never heard of such a devastating Lightning Release technique. If the person above were to target him, he knew without a doubt that he wouldn't stand a chance—not even escaping would be possible.

At that moment, Sakumo began considering retreat.

Moments later, the four of them bore witness to yet another spectacle. The figure, still wreathed in crackling electricity, fired a thunderous arrow from the sky directly into the heart of the Sand encampment.

As the arrow struck, blinding flashes of lightning illuminated the camp, accompanied by the agonized screams of those caught in its wake.

The four Konoha shinobi exchanged uneasy glances. Had the Sand forces suffered catastrophic losses?

Before they could process the situation further, they saw countless Sand shinobi fleeing in terror from the encampment. These shinobi wore expressions of sheer panic, their morale utterly shattered.

Some of the fleeing Sand shinobi ran in the direction of the Konoha group. Upon spotting the four elite Konoha shinobi, they froze for a moment before hastily changing course to flee elsewhere.

Sakumo, Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya exchanged bewildered looks, unsure of how to react.

Though they had experienced many battles, nothing like this had ever occurred before.

Curiosity piqued, they turned their attention back toward the Sand encampment. Suddenly, they noticed the figure who had unleashed the devastating lightning slowly descending from the sky. He now hovered ominously above the ruins of the Sand camp.

When they finally got a clear view of the man's face, the Sannin gasped in unison, their voices trembling as they exclaimed:

"Uchiha Madara!!!"

Sakumo was equally shocked. It was none other than Uchiha Madara! His presence sent a chill down their spines. Sakumo immediately went on high alert, preparing to flee with the three Sannin at a moment's notice.

Their startled cries drew Madara's attention. He turned his gaze toward them and remarked coolly, "Oh, so it's just a bunch of brats from Konoha
"

Madara showed no interest in the Konoha shinobi. His focus remained solely on ensuring the complete annihilation of the Sand forces.

By now, the surviving Sand shinobi had scattered in all directions, their formations completely broken.

Calmly forming hand seals, Madara's Rinnegan eyes shimmered with an otherworldly glow.

"Wood Release: Deep Forest Emergence!"
