Synopsis
"A model just at 15? That's pretty impressive for a young lady, especially one that has a quirk like that. You know... I have a perfect high school for a student like you, the place is pretty popular for heroes and models who want more recognition in their career. I'll give you a recommendation letter so that the odds of you being able to join the school are high." The female hero with lack of coverage in her hero costume stated as she tried to convince the young model student. "Sure..." The student rolled her eyes getting annoyed by the conversion that the nude wearing hero started with her. "What's the high school name?" Kirika asked having a slight curiosity about the school that Midnight was talking about. "UA High School. The school of heroes," the woman with dark purple hair replied with a proud and confident tone in her voice. "I am sure that this school is going to change your whole perspective of heroes..."

Chapter 1 - The Mask Under the Sunlight

"How old are you supposed to be when you're a model? When you're eighteen? Nineteen? Maybe if you're good enough probably sixteen. But this world likes to look at us as if we are a painting or statue, taking pictures, getting looked at in different angles, and getting touch... Who cares though, this is the life that people want. 'If you can't handle it then leave. It's not that hard,' like that's going to work. You want to recognize your passion and talents but it is never enough for the fans. Sometimes you can't leave because you'll be afraid to go out and get recognized. It's a scary thing really... but you have to deal with it to live, and if you've been doing it for a long time you know how much it hurts," -Alter_Acount [Thoughts in writing]

"Rikira, do you have any plans this weekend?" A male voice asked as he went up to the female student while she was walking down the crowded hallway. Another one perked up while he walked behind the two, "Rikira! Lets hangout after school!" There were many male and female students following the light pink hair student with white color fading out at the end tips. "Rikira, can we hang out with you?" A group of first year female students called out trying to get the model student's attention.

The female student with ruby red eyes and long flowy hair kept walking ignoring her classmates requests to hangout or even get close to her. It was always like this every lunch since she started middle school. Summer was coming closer everyday and the school days felt longer and longer as she sat at her desk in a room full of teenagers. But since summer was getting close there have been lots of last year students sending in application letters to different high schools.

But as for the star... she's not too interested in joining any schools, her life is already busy as it is. Going to photo shoots, starring in night shows, and sometimes advertising a product for some company. Did she like doing photo shoots? Yes. Does she like starring in night shows? No. Did she ever buy the product that she advertise? Absolutely not. Then why does she do it? The girl could just say no and continue what she loves to do. She could just do photo shoots and sell magazines, that's the easiest thing to do, and she doesn't need to lift a finger once the papers sell.

It's not that simple, when being a model you would get some recognition when doing something small like being in a commercial and advertising a product. Once finished, the video gets uploaded online, and if lucky enough, people would recognize you. Is it a hard job? Sometimes. But like moving into a new place, you just have to get used to it. It would be rough at the start and you'll hate it but as time grows and moves you wouldn't care for a single thing and would think 'Oh well, I don't care. I'll just ignore and walk like normally. There's no use in trying to get out, I just need to wait till I rot.'

**Hour Later**

What felt like hours, school day was finally over and of course there were students' who were following the student. 'Why the heck did I decide to walk to school? This is more annoying than my manager telling me I have five different photo shoots in separate locations...' The young model thought to herself as she quickened her pace attempting to get away from the students'. Eventually, she turned a corner from a building and went inside a convenience store. The girl ducked near a shelf of chips as she saw from the window the swarm of students walking away.

"They are gone Miss Reina, you could stop hiding now," an older male voice spoke from the counter looking at the girl who was attempting to hide. The man looked to be in his 50s', wore rectangular glasses, and had a sweet smile on his face. He was wearing a casual shirt and a dark blue convenience store apron, you know, your usual old and kind grandpa working in a store. "Thank you Mr. Yuuto... Also you don't need to sound so professional. Just call me Kirika, we've known each other for some time so I feel like you should use my name," Kirika stood up and looked around the store and picked out a water bottle and a magazine of herself, she walked towards the counter where the old man was at. He scanned her items and once finished she paid.

When it comes to privacy, using a fake stage name is always the best place to go. You see Rikira is a fake name that she goes by, it's much more for her to remember since it is the same letter in her actual name. Her full name is Kirika Onikata Reina, it's nothing special but she liked it either way. How did she get her name? Well it was mostly her father that named her, he had a talent for seeing the beauty in things and always cherished them. And like his daughter, he was obsessed with the styles of clothing and would have the chance to design some. Ever since Kirika was little she would beg her father to make specific clothing items for her and like the usual daddy's girl he would make her anything she wanted. But it's been some time since he made something for her.

As Kirika zoned out about the thoughts of her father she was quickly snapped out of the thought as Mr. Yuuto spoke out to her. "Be careful out there Kirika. There have been more villains since yesterday, I don't want you to get into trouble," he expressed before the young student could walk out of the store. The young model turned around and with a sympathetic look on her face, "Don't worry Mr. Yuuto, I'll be fine. I promise you nothing would happen to me," she reassured. Before leaving, she waved goodbye and left the store with her magazine and bottle of water, the man had a worried look on his face once she left. He couldn't put a finger on it but he had a feeling that things were about to change for the young models life.

**Somewhere Miles Away From The Convenience Store**

There had been a break in a bank this morning and the police have been searching for the robber that hasn't been found. Not until there was a tip from a person reporting that there was a man with a mask and a strange huge backpack on his back, he had crab claws attached to his hands and eight legs (not including the claws. I know what crabs look like. pls don't remind me about the autonomy about the crabs). When that person reported the guy, police went to search for that crab person. And once they found him they took his backpack and when they searched through his bag they found the stolen money. But before they could question him even more he ran off, and that was when it became a whole chase scene trying to find the criminal.

While that was happening Kirika was reading her magazine looking at all of the things that were said about her under the comments at the page. She didn't feel anything but pride in herself. When writing comments on a magazine you need to pay, and when seeing how many hate comments that were written about her she felt happy because it was the haters that were paying to comment about her. They were wasting their own money just to write a comment that wouldn't affect her in any way.

As she walked, a loud yelling was heard in front of her but before she could look up at who was yelling someone grabbed her and kept running. "Hey! Let me down! What the f*ck are you doing?!" She started to yell at the person that she was carrying her over their shoulder, the man kept continuing running attempting to get away from law enforcement. "Shut it kid! Stay quiet so I don't need to scoop your vocal cords out. And trust me, I will," he warned as he waved one of his claws in front of the girl's face. Kirika tried to kick and hit the robber that picked her up but it wasn't any use since he was a lot stronger than her.

'I'm going to regret this later...' Kirika thought to herself until another voice appeared in her mind, the voice was deep and rough. Almost like a voice that hasn't been cleared out or that hasn't coughed in years. 'Aww and you thought that you wouldn't be using me again. What's the matter? Can't use your little shadow trap at theperson?' The voice teased at the girl trying to get a kick of emotions to the star. 'Make yourself useful for once or we both end up at an auction,' Kirika replied in her mind with the voice making an annoyed grunt. 'As you wish...'

The crab criminal kept running and running and when he thought he was going to get away with the robbery and kidnapping he suddenly felt like something was pulling him back. "What the.." Before he could turn around a shadow like person appeared in front of him out of thin air. The dark mysterious figure looked about 8 feet tall and had white bright eyes. The clothing the shadow had looked like it came out from the 1900's and it had a strange face, like it was dead inside was just a puppet. The robber looked down to his feet and saw the shadow of him was attached to the shadow person, the shadow moved its hand and the robber did as well. It was like him and the dark creature were attached to each other, like when it moved he would move too.

"W-What are you doing? Stop that!" The shadow moved again, the crab creature was forced by the movement of the blank person to put Kirika down and drop the bag of money. The pop star had a smile on her face as she stepped away from the criminal and watched what her quirk did. But before she could have more fun, a group of heroes started to arrive at the scene. The girl stopped her quirk and the shadow person disappeared into the floor and became a shadow to a random object. 'Can I at least get a thank you or a complement?' Kirika rolled her eyes as the same deep voice spoke again in her mind. 'You did it for us so you could thank yourself for saving us both. And second, you don't get a d*mn complement, you're ugly with that demon-like head of yours.'

While the voice and Kirika started to argue with each other in her mind a woman walked up to the young girl and started to get her attention. "Excuse me young lady. Did you stop the villain on your own?" The hero asked in curiosity while looking at her, Kirika looked at the villain who was now asleep with pinkish purple perfume smoke surrounding him. The young student realized it was Midnight who was talking to her, she's heard about her, mostly about her revealing clothing, but that's so far. The young model put her 'I am normal and innocent voice' in use and started to talk to the hero. "Yeah. I know I shouldn't but the villain was trying to kidnap me. I got nervous so I used my quirk on him to let me go," Kirika began to explain.

The dark purple haired hero smiled and started to speak again, "I know a fake voice when I hear one. I've been with the press many times so I know how a voice sounds when trying hard to please someone." The young models dropped her smile and with an annoyed expression she started to speak again, "If you're going to explain how my voice sounds can I leave now?" The hero realized she wasn't going to get anymore information on what happened so she tried to turn the conversation to another direction. "Last year of middle school right? Any high school you're interested in joining?" Midnight asked knowing how lots of teenagers have been applying to a certain school that she works at. "Sorry to ruin the fun but I'm not too interested. And if you're trying to reason with me into being a hero my answer is no, I already have too much stuff for modeling."

Midnight didn't expect this kind of attitude with the young girl, especially when she slowly started to realize the middle schooler defeated a villain on her own without any help or struggle. That brought the woman's spirit to convince the girl to start joining a high school that was meant for strong and intelligent students.

"What's the high school name?" Kirika asked having a slight curiosity about the school that Midnight was talking about, "UA High School. The school of heroes," the woman with dark purple hair replied with a proud and confident tone in her voice. "I am sure that this school is going to change your whole perspective of heroes." Kirika paused for a moment thinking about high school, "I'll...I'll think about it..." Midnight smiled, "Wonderful! Here's my card if you make up your mind. Besides, you'll have an advantage being trained by a hero like me." Kirika smiled sheepishly as Midnight handed her a card with a phone number attached to it. The young model tried to talk in a happy and confident tone, "Great... I should get going now."

"I hope I could speak with you sooner Rikira!" Kirika froze as she heard her stage name from the pro hero. 'Oh sh*t...' The young model turned around as she saw multiple people staring at her and news media turning the cameras at her. They probably got here when they heard that the villain was captured, but now their focus was on the star model. Midnight just had a mischievous look on her face when she waved goodbye. 'Try not to act like a smart mouth next time when talking to a hero,' Midnight thought to herself as she turned around to talk to the other heroes who were at the scene. But it was mostly too late since the media was at Kirika's gaze. 'Make a run for it?' The voice said unexpectedly. 'Better. Darting for it,' The model then started to run as camera people and the press started to ask her questions and take pictures of her. 'I hate heroes...'
