"How is it?" Ur asked, smiling slightly, as he held up a watch in his hand.
"I promise you!"
The wizard Hayase had always known that the lady wanted to close the shop, but he didn't want that to happen. If the shop closed, she wouldn't be able to see it anymore.
Without warning, Ur placed the watch inside the wizard Hayase's body.
"Wizard Knight!"
"Aah!" The wizard Hayase couldn't help but scream in pain as he transformed into an armored form, his body encased in shining armor.
From that moment on, the business of the shop became incredibly popular.
The wizard Hayase's magic show gained immense popularity, and on this particular day, Sougo and Gates came to watch the show. Sougo held several drinks in his hand and was about to enter the venue when Woz suddenly appeared.
"Hey, Your Majesty the Demon King," Woz said.
"Woz, how have you been?" Sougo greeted.
"Thanks to you, I'm fine. And you seem full of energy," Woz said with a smile. "I came to watch the magic show."
Sougo nodded. "I'm here to enjoy the performance too. I have no intentions of interfering with your private life."
Woz gave him a knowing look. "But, I suggest you stay away from Gates and Tsukuyomi."
Sougo grinned. "They've always been wary of me. Don't worry, I'll become a good demon king."
With that, Sougo entered the theater, and Woz muttered to himself, "But I am worried…"
Soon, the theater was packed. The host stepped up to the stage and said, "Hello, everyone! Welcome to the magic show. Let me introduce to you this incredible magician, the wizard Hayase. What he performs is not a trick, nor a superpower, but real magic!"
A man in a suit and black hat walked out onto the stage. He stood in the center and spread his arms wide. Suddenly, two flames appeared in his hands, dancing joyfully.
"Wow!" The audience gasped in amazement at the sight. They had never seen anything like it.
The flames hovered in the air for a moment before flying into a porcelain bottle by themselves. The bottle shattered instantly, much to the crowd's shock.
The host grinned. "Next, the most exciting part is about to begin!"
The audience was captivated, watching attentively. They saw wizard Hayase's eyes suddenly glow red, and time itself seemed to reverse.
In an instant, the broken bottle reformed, and the flowers that had fallen on the ground floated back into the air. The flowers began floating above the audience, each one slowly rising higher and higher.
"Wow!" The crowd was stunned. This was unlike any magic they had ever witnessed before.
Some of them even wondered if this was magic at all, or something even more extraordinary.
Most of the viewers across the three realms were just as shocked.
"Wow, what kind of power is this? This is incredible!"
"I never imagined I would witness such a performance from my past life!"
"How did this happen? Is this really magic?"
"Yes, magic can do this!"
Sougo commented, "Not bad, but I don't think this is magic."
Tsukuyomi nodded in agreement. "I don't think it's magic either."
Gates said with a serious tone, "There was once a knight who used magic, named Kamen Rider Wuqi. If the Time Robber gave this power to Hayase, then it wouldn't be surprising for him to perform such feats."
"We need to investigate," Tsukuyomi murmured, her voice low. After all, if this was the work of an alien knight, it could pose a danger to humanity.
After the performance, in the office, a plump lady wearing a suit and skirt walked in, beaming with joy.
"Thank you all for your hard work! All the tickets for today have sold out!" she exclaimed. "My father will be so happy, especially to thank the wizard Hayase."
The wizard Hayase quickly stood up, a bit shy. "I don't deserve it. I just didn't want the store to close."
The lady's face flickered with an imperceptible look of disappointment, but she quickly hid it.
The wizard Hayase, feeling excited, leaned forward slightly. "As long as you..."
But only he could hear the soft words that followed: "I'd be satisfied if you could smile at me."
Audience Comments:
"This guy clearly likes the lady!"
"He's liked her for years, but he's so shy!"
"He's so honest, but why can't he confess his feelings?"
On the screen, the lady asked, "What did you say?"
"Nothing," Hayase stammered, his courage faltering. "I'll be going now."
Without waiting for a response, he quickly put on his hat and left the office, his steps quick and uncertain.
The audience, watching this unfold, was moved.
"This alien knight is nothing like what I imagined!"
"Yeah, other alien knights get power and think they're the best in the world! But this knight is still so humble?"
"If I had that kind of power, I'd never be shy around anyone!"
"Wait, what do you mean by that?!"
After Hayase left, Sougo, Gates, and Tsukuyomi stood before him.
"We just saw your performance. How did you do that? That was real magic!" Sougo asked.
The wizard Hayase didn't want to elaborate, so he started to walk away.
Gates called out to him, "Stop!"
The wizard Hayase felt the tension and quickly transformed. Gates, undeterred, transformed into his own battle form and called out, "It's really an alien knight."
Hayase didn't want to fight, so when the opportunity arose, he liquefied into a turquoise droplet of water and made his escape.
Gates, frowning, muttered, "Alien knights are dangerous to ordinary people. We need to find out when he gained this power. I'll get to the bottom of this."
Sougo nodded. "Let's ask the lady at the office. She might know something."
The two of them rushed to the terrace, where Gates looked around, puzzled. "Where did he go?"
At that moment, time suddenly froze.
On the side, a tall, mysterious figure appeared—Swartz.
