The Shock of Funina and Others, and the Envy of Her Friends
The woman in front, with a delicate face, striking silver hair, and dressed in an elegant classical outfit, was Funina.
Beside her stood Navilette, a handsome man with a cold demeanor.
As soon as Hu Tao saw them, she quickly stepped forward with a warm smile.
"Water God Funina, the Hall of Rebirth welcomes you!"
"Thank you," Funina replied, her voice gentle yet confident. "I came mainly to see Steve."
"Haha, I knew it!" Hu Tao chuckled knowingly.
Funina turned to Steve, her eyes lighting up as she smiled. "So, you are Steve."
"Yes," Steve replied with a polite nod and a smile.
Funina's smile widened. "You're as handsome as everyone says! I guessed it had to be you!"
"Thank you," Steve replied modestly.
Gesturing to Navilette, Funina said, "You already know him, so no need for introductions!"
Hu Tao grinned. "That's right! He visited last time. Please, come in, both of you!"
Inside the Hall
Once they were settled in the hall, Funina leaned forward with excitement. "Steve, your previous life's second and third transformation stages as Sougo were incredibly cool!"
"Not bad," Steve acknowledged with a small smile.
"It's a pity you don't have memories of your past life. Otherwise, I'd have so many questions! When exactly did Sougo become Oma Zi-O?"
Steve's expression remained calm. "Oh? But I do remember my past life."
Funina froze, her smile faltering in shock. "What?!"
She was utterly stunned.
Steve had been reincarnated—how could he still have memories of his past life?
Navilette, having been privy to this information before, nodded. "It's true. I found out the last time I visited."
"And you didn't tell me?" Funina exclaimed.
"Well, I'm not exactly the talkative type," Navilette admitted.
Funina took a moment to process this revelation. "Steve, how do you still retain memories of your past life?"
"It's complicated," Steve replied vaguely. "But yes, I do remember."
Funina's curiosity was insatiable. "Then tell me, how long does it take for Sougo to become Oma Zi-O?"
Steve chuckled. "You'll have to keep watching to find out. If I spoil everything, it won't be as exciting."
"Ah!" Funina pouted. "Fine, but just tell me this—did Sougo end up with Tsukuyomi? I know it's a spoiler, but I really want to know!"
Steve smiled. "All I can say is, the story doesn't have a tragic ending."
Funina narrowed her eyes playfully. "You answered without really answering!"
Steve simply laughed.
An Unexpected Visitor
Just then, a subordinate entered the room. "Hall Master, Kamisato Ayaka has arrived."
Hu Tao immediately stood up. "Ms. Funina, please make yourself comfortable. Steve and I will go welcome her."
"I'll come with you!" Funina announced enthusiastically.
Together, they made their way to the entrance, where they saw a graceful woman with silver-blue hair tied into a high ponytail, wearing a dark blue pleated skirt.
Hu Tao greeted her warmly. "Ms. Kamisato Ayaka, welcome to the Hall of Rebirth!"
"Thank you!" Ayaka replied, slightly flustered at the warm reception. She turned her attention to Steve. "So, you're Steve."
"That's right," Steve responded with a polite smile.
Ayaka beamed. "It's a pleasure to meet you! My brother spoke very highly of you after his last visit, so I've been very curious."
Before anyone could continue, another figure approached. A stunning woman dressed in a shrine maiden's outfit, exuding a regal air, slowly walked towards them.
Hu Tao grinned. "Ah, Yae Miko! Welcome!"
Yae Miko nodded gracefully before glancing at Steve. "So, this is Steve."
"Yes," Hu Tao confirmed.
"The rumors were true. He is indeed very handsome," Yae Miko observed with an approving nod.
Steve smiled. "Thank you."
Hu Tao waved them inside. "Come in and sit down!"
The Revelation at Lunch
As they settled in for lunch, Funina turned to Steve with curiosity. "Ganyu mentioned you have a special kind of wine. Can we try it today?"
Steve nodded. "Of course."
As the wine was served, Funina took a sip and her eyes widened in delight. "This is amazing! The best wine I've ever tasted!"
Yae Miko took a sip as well and nodded in agreement. "Indeed, this is exceptional. Where did you get it, Steve?"
Steve smiled. "This wine comes from the Kamen Rider world."
A stunned silence fell over the group.
"What?!" Funina gasped.
Yae Miko's expression turned serious. "Steve, are you saying that you brought something from your past life into this world?"
"That's right."
"Impossible!" Yae Miko shook her head in disbelief. "The past life and this life should be completely separate. There should be no way to bring objects between them!"
"And yet, here it is." Steve gestured toward the wine. "You won't find another like it anywhere in this world."
Funina, still shocked, nodded slowly. "That's true… It seems you're even more extraordinary than we thought."
"Steve," Funina asked excitedly, "do you still have your past life's abilities?"
Both Yae Miko and Ayaka looked at Steve with anticipation.
Steve smirked. "I do, but I'd rather not show them off right now. It would be a bit embarrassing."
"If there's an opportunity in the future, you'll see," he added.
"Alright!" Funina grinned. "I really hope to witness your transformation someday."
Sharing the Experience
After lunch, Funina eagerly took photos of the wine. "I have to share this with my friends in the extraordinary chat group!"
She then turned to Steve. "Let's take a picture together! Everyone will want to see what you look like in this life!"
Steve thought for a moment before nodding. "Alright."
They posed for pictures, with Yae Miko and Ayaka joining in. Funina was thrilled.
"This was worth the trip!" she beamed. "Not only did I meet Steve, but I also got to taste his legendary wine and take pictures with him!"
As they prepared to part ways, Funina extended an invitation. "Steve, you're welcome to visit Fontaine anytime. I'll show you around!"
Steve smiled. "I'll take you up on that."
Yae Miko also extended an invitation. "If you ever visit Inazuma, let me know."
"I'd love to," Steve replied.
Funina left feeling completely satisfied, eager to share her experience with her chat group friends. As soon as she got back, she uploaded the pictures, excitedly announcing:
"La la la! I just visited Steve! Here are some pictures, including the legendary wine he brought from another world!"
Her friends in the chat group erupted with excitement and envy.
"Wow! Steve is even more handsome than Sougo!"
"Funina, you're so lucky! I wish I could meet him in person!"
As Funina basked in their reactions, she couldn't help but smile.
"I love making people happy," she thought, satisfied with her trip and eager for the next adventure.
