NOTE- there are many types of monster gathering area- mini, small, average, medium, large, town, city, capital city, kingdom and emperor.
I have changed quantity into population and there are also some minor changes.

1- population - 40 to 100 monsters normal monsters.

3- vice commander- (commands 11000+ monsters)
4- commander- (commands 1,00,000 to 2,50,000).
There are also boss monsters, they are like guardian/ of the city, capital city. They only take action when the city is in danger.
And 1 king in the kingdom, who rules all the capital City, cities, towns, large monster gathering areas and others monster gathering areas. That come under his territory.
NOTE- this system is not permanent, i may change something in the future, this is just the base of power so that everything becomes simple. But I am saying this again, this is not permanent... Those status is the base to be called towm, city, capital city.... They can be even more higer.....
