Chapter 101 - Chapter-93 Hybrid heroes and new units

A total of 70,000 soldiers knelt before Arthur, their armor gleaming under the morning sun. The rhythmic clatter of their assembled weapons echoed like a tide of power. Ten thousand Stormcallers stood silently at the front, their eyes flickering with lightning, while the twelve formations behind them each held five thousand elite Silver Rank hybrids

Each soldier had emerged moments ago from the recruitment buildings in dazzling displays of light and energy. The structures trembled with ancient mechanisms before parting open like temple gates. Arcane sigils flared across the ground, forming glowing paths from which the soldiers materialized—some stepping forth like guardians awakened from slumber, others storming out in blazing gaits, their weapons crackling or smoldering with latent power.

Arthur stood before them, the breeze catching the edge of his coat. He let out a breath.

"They look like warriors of myth," he muttered.

He opened his resource log next, curiosity urging him forward.

His brow lifted. "The collection speed is really good. It's only been one hour since I spent all those points, but my subjects and soldiers have already gathered this much."

He made a quick conversion in his head.

Total Points = 2,150,000

"For nowI need many heroes, i should be focusing on purchasing heroes cards."

Arthur opened the Event Market and tapped into the Hero Cards section. Rows upon rows of hero cards flickered into view, neatly categorized by class and rank. With a focused gaze, he began scrolling through the extensive list, intent on finding the perfect matches for the newly recruited special soldiers.

"It would be ideal if I could find heroes with the exact same hybrid types as those soldiers," he murmured thoughtfully. "Hybrids... they'd be the most compatible."

He continued searching diligently, eyes scanning every detail of the card descriptions, comparing attributes, and double-checking classifications. Minutes ticked by as he navigated the vast selection, driven by both curiosity and necessity.

After nearly twenty minutes of meticulous scrolling, Arthur's eyes lit up.

He had found them.

Every one of the hybrid types used in his special soldier recruitment building—matched perfectly here. From Ember Hound cavalry-guardians to Bone Dancer necromancer-assassins, each hero card was a flawless fit for its corresponding troop type.

A small, satisfied smile tugged at the corners of his lips.

"Perfect... they're all here. Exactly what I needed."

The realization settled in as a pleasant surprise: not only were the hybrid hero cards available, but they were specifically tailored to support the very soldiers he had just summoned. It was almost as if the Event Market had anticipated his needs, laying everything out for him to claim.

"This will cost me a total of 2.2 million event points… Well, my points have also increased in these twenty minutes," Arthur said with a grin, satisfied by the fruitful outcome of his search.

Without hesitation, he confirmed the exchange.

[Congratulations, Lord. You have spent 2.2 million Event Points to exchange for: Ember Hound Hero Card.]

[Congratulations, Lord. You have spent 2.2 million Event Points to exchange for: Bone Dancer Hero Card.]

[Congratulations, Lord...]

The message repeated thirteen times—once for every hybrid hero card he had selected. Each tone that accompanied the notification echoed with a sense of accomplishment. With all thirteen cards now in his possession, Arthur turned on his heel and made his way straight toward the **Summoning Portal**, the centerpiece of hero recruitment in his territory.

The portal, a towering arch of obsidian stone laced with glowing runes, pulsed softly with ethereal energy. As Arthur approached, the hum of magic intensified, reacting to the power of the cards in his hand.

Without wasting a second, he raised the stack of cards high and tossed them forward into the portal.

The moment the cards vanished within, the runes flared brightly—red, blue, silver, and gold lights swirling together in a radiant cyclone. The portal's core erupted with light, spinning and distorting the air around it as a surge of pure mana flooded the area.

And then… they arrived.

Thirteen figures emerged, each stepping forward from the light one by one, casting elongated shadows beneath their feet. Though they shared visual similarities with their respective soldier types, each of them radiated an undeniable presence—an aura of sheer authority and overwhelming strength that set them apart.

---

The Ember Hound Hero- James stepped forth first, mounted atop a massive, flame-wreathed beast. His armor shimmered with molten sigils, and every hoofbeat of his steed ignited the stone beneath. His eyes glowed like burning coals, and his blade was etched with flame patterns that danced as though alive.

The Bone Dancer Hero- Violet followed—a figure cloaked in ethereal shadows and stitched leather. Skulls adorned her belt, and faint, whispering souls circled her silently. Her eyes were a glowing pale green, and her very presence exuded dread. Every step she took left a brief trail of shadow wraiths in her wake.

The Thunder Javelin Hero- Sebastian, rode in next, his metallic mount crackling with arcs of electricity. His sleek armor was adorned with thunderbolt motifs, and long spears were strapped to his back, pulsing with barely-contained energy. His confident smirk and storm-touched hair marked him as both precise and deadly.

The Crystal Warden Hero- Nora emerged, clad in angular crystalline armor that shimmered like a polished gemstone. She carried a massive shield embedded with glowing runes and a staff topped with a radiant crystal. With every motion, the air around her rippled with stabilizing magic and unseen barriers.

The Ironwind Lancer Hero- Ethan, arrived with a deafening roar of mechanical engines. His steed was equipped with metallic boosters, and his armor was plated with moving parts that clicked and hissed as he dismounted. The lance in his hand was needle-sharp and whirring with unseen energy.

The Grave Singer Hero- Naomi, drifted forward, not walking but hovering just above the ground. Robes made of spiritual threads floated around her form as haunting melodies followed her every movement. With each motion of her hand, spectral notes shimmered in the air, and her mournful eyes sang a story of life and death entwined.

The Glimmer Strider Hero- Aisha, was a blur of movement. Clad in dark, enchanted leathers trimmed with luminous patterns, she phased briefly into illusion with each step. Dual daggers shimmered in her grip, and her smirk promised chaos to any foe unlucky enough to see her coming.

The Ironthorn Warden Hero- Thomas, walked heavily, clad in thick bark-like armor reinforced with magical runes. Vines coiled around his gauntlets, alive and moving with intention. His steps made the ground shudder faintly, and he carried a massive thorny hammer infused with earthy power.

The Starveil Archer Hero- Juliette, descended lightly from a moonbeam that filtered unnaturally through the sky. Her bow radiated gentle starlight, and her cloak shimmered like the night sky. Her gaze was calm, serene, and unerring—she looked as though she could strike a falling star mid-flight.

The Chainbound Marauder Hero- Kai, clanked as he walked—his weapons of choice, twin hooked chains, dragged menacingly along the stone. Armor marred by battle, eyes glowing with bloodthirst, he exuded the fury of a one-man army. He cracked his neck and let out a low growl, hungry for war.

The Tempest Rider Hero- Roman, galloped in on a mount that seemed to be made of condensed storm clouds. His spear hummed with charged wind, and his armor rippled like thunder rolling across the plains. With a roar, he raised his weapon to the sky, calling down a crackle of lightning.

The Crystal Fang Beast Hero- Theo, stalked out of the light on all fours—towering, powerful, and primal. His crystal-encrusted body gleamed, and every growl was like grinding stone. Behind his eyes was a wild intelligence, calculating and fierce. Each movement radiated raw beastly elegance.

Finally, the Stormcaller Hero- Tyson, descended last in a surge of lightning and swirling winds. Cloaked in flowing robes of sky-blue and silver, his longbow was crackling with electric energy. He stepped lightly, yet each footfall resonated like thunder. His very presence felt like standing beneath a brewing storm—calm, until it wasn't.

---

As the last of them stepped forward, the portal dimmed, and silence fell.

Thirteen powerful auras now stood before Arthur—each a legendary presence in their own right. They bowed in sync, eyes locked onto him with loyalty, awaiting his command.

They were paragons of their kind.

True hybrid heroes—living weapons of war.

Arthur stepped forward, his gaze sweeping over the thirteen newly summoned heroes. Each of them radiated power, their presence commanding, yet they stood in disciplined silence before their lord.

"From this moment onward, you are the commanders of your respective forces," Arthur began, his voice steady and resolute. "Return to the military base. You will take command of the soldiers aligned with your type."

He let the weight of his words settle before continuing.

"Your unit will bear the same name as your soldier type—such as the Stormcallers Unit."

His tone sharpened slightly, emphasizing the importance of what came next.

"As for the vice commander of your unit, that decision will not be made lightly. Observe your soldiers on the battlefield. If any among them distinguish themselves—through valor, skill, or leadership—you will report it directly to me."

He folded his arms behind his back, eyes unwavering.

"If I deem them worthy, I will appoint them as your vice commander."

The heroes nodded in silent understanding, the air around them pulsing with anticipation and readiness.

Arthur gave a final nod. "The Emberveil Flower Event is active. Outside the territory, you'll find the Emberveil flowers growing—gather the stones from them. You may run into other soldiers and commanders out there. Introduce yourselves and get familiar. From this point on, you're part of this army."

The thirteen heroes exchanged brief glances, then turned back to Arthur with firm expressions. Tyson, the Stormcaller Hero, stepped forward slightly on their behalf.

"Understood, Lord Arthur," he said calmly. "We'll carry out the task and begin integrating with the others."

James gave a short nod, his eyes sharp with focus. "We'll observe the soldiers during the mission. If anyone stands out, I'll report back."

Violet offered a quiet bow. "We'll move out immediately."

No one else needed to speak. Their silence was a reflection of discipline—not doubt. With one final synchronized salute, fists over their hearts, the thirteen heroes turned and began marching toward the military base Arthur had pointed out, their footsteps light but purposeful.

Their presence was quiet yet commanding—thirteen new pillars of Arthur's growing empire, already moving to carry out their first orders.

After giving Arthur a final salute they all headed towards the military base to command their army to collect the stones.
