Jay-jay's POV
My body hurts! My knees and hands are shaking. My head is also hurting.
I woke up as if I had stumbled somewhere. I don't know what happened. I tried to move and that's when I noticed that someone was hugging me from behind.
I was almost lying down with him. My two arms were trapped in that hug so I couldn't move my hand.
The hug was tight and it seemed like the person hugging me was breathing deeply.
I tried to peek at who it was.
Keifer?
He was closed and gasping for air. His muzzle and nose were bleeding.
"K-Keifer?" I whispered.
He opened his eyes and suddenly tightened his hug on me.
"Ouch... L-let me go..." I said while trying to struggle.
"No... As long as you don't calm down." He replied to me.
"I'm calm."
He slightly loosened his hug on me but he still didn't let go.
Why are we in this position?----wait! It's Ram.
"Where is Ram? What happened?" I asked him.
He didn't answer but his gaze shifted in another direction.
I followed that gaze and saw Ram.
But it was a different Ram, all blood and lifeless.
S-wait! I-did I do this?!
I suddenly trembled in fear. I did this! Cyrus looked the same way when I woke up. I looked at my hand that was so painful and shaking with pain. It was also full of blood.
No! It happened again!
Keifer twisted my body around so that I could face him. He buried my face in his chest.
"He's still alive... He's still breathing." Keifer whispered to me.
My tears fell spontaneously. "I-did I do this?"
Keifer didn't speak. I knew he was confused by my question.
"O-yes.." he forced an answer.
His answer made me cry. What is happening to me? Why am I doing this? I hurt someone without knowing.
I almost got killed. Aries's dad, Cyrus and now Ram.
"Sssshhhh... Don't cry. You were just defending yourself and me."
I wish that's what I did. I wish it was that easy to think about. But I can't stop crying.
"K-keifer... Tell me the truth."
I want to know what happened. I'm tired of spending my time thinking about what I did and why I can't remember anything.
"...What did I do?"

Aries's POV
"You didn't do anything?! I hope you called the police!" Kuya angrily lectured me.
What should I do? I'm confused. I can't contradict Ram, what he might do to Jay-jay.
We were currently walking towards Jay-jay's room.
Yuri called us and said they were at the hospital. Kuya was the first to walk with us. While we were looking for the sermon he said to me.
"You didn't even think of looking for her?! If you knew that they Keifer would find a way, I hope you came along!"
I don't want to answer. It's scary to get angry with Kuya. I don't want to fight him.
Kuya Angelo is the cruelest of all the people in Section E and he's been carrying that with him ever since.
"SHe's your blood relative! You should be the first to help him! It's like you won't---" he froze and seemed to realize that he was either going to say the wrong thing or saying the wrong thing. "...you're cousins! You should be the one looking at him!" He continued.
We turned into another hallway where the Section E people were gathered.
They looked at us and gave way to the door to Jay-jay's room.
Kuya walked quickly so I followed. Yuri and I met each other's gazes before we finally went inside.
There were two beds in the room. No one was lying on one side, while Jay-jay was on the other end of the bed.
Keifer was standing next to her while holding Jay's hand.
I arched a brow. Why do he need to hold Jay's hand?
"Keifer." Kuya called to him. He looked at us but was still holding Jay's hand. I noticed too late that he was wearing a hospital gown. It looked like he was the one assigned to the other bed.
"I need to talk to you," Kuya said directly. Keifer let go of Jay and came closer to Kuya. They left the room and I was the only one left.
I approached Jay-jay's bed. She was sleeping soundly. Her hand was bandaged and the corner of her lip was red. I felt annoyed about many things. I hate the fact that I did nothing for her. I hate myself and I feel useless. But what I hate the most is what Jay-jay did. For the third time, she had hurt a person like a monster.
I can't believe that I have the same blood with her. But even so, I still couldn't help but worry about her. I stared at her innocent face. I was about to brush her hair away from her face but she suddenly moved.
I moved away slightly and she slowly opened her eyes.
"Hmmm.." she rolled her eyes. "...W-where is Keifer?"
Keifer...
I cleared my throat. "B-outside talking to Kuya."
She didn't say anything. She just stared at the ceiling and seemed to be deep in thought.
"Aries..." She called me almost in a whisper.
"What?" I asked her.
"W-what did I do to your Papa before?" Shit! Not this again.
"I don't want to talk about that."
"Did I hurt him like I did to Cyrus and Ram just now?"
"I don't know." Please stop!
"Did I almost kill him too?"
"I... I don't know." Stop asking!
"I didn't either-----"
I stop her. "STOP IT! Stop asking questions about him!"
Suddenly the door opened and both Kuya and Keifer walked in. Yuri and the rest of Section E followed.
"Aries! What are you doing?" Kuya asked me annoyed.
I shook my head. Keifer and the others run toward Jay-jay.
"Are you okay? Did Aries do anything to you?" They asked Jay-jay.
She just shook her head in response. Kuya motioned for me to leave the room. I knew he was going to lecture me.
"What happened?" He asked me.
"She... She keeps asking for details from the incident four years ago."
Kuya took a deep breath and looked away. He also felt his feelings.
"We need to see a psychiatrist for Jay-jay. Keifer explain to me what she did. She listens to no one and keeps repeating what she is doing. Then, in the end, she doesn't remember anything. That's not normal." Still the same!
"It's up to you. You're her guardian as of now." I said and walked away. I'm not in the mood to talk about her shit. I want to go home and rest.
I was about to go out the main door of the hospital when I saw a familiar person. I stopped and stared at her. What was she doing here? She just now appeared.
"Miss.. Where is Jasper Jean's room?" He asked the woman at the counter.
But before she could take a step, the woman came over to them and grabbed her by the arm.
"A-aries?" She said while I was holding her. I just let him go when I got out of the hospital.
"What?!"
"What are you doing here?!" I asked him angrily.
"I'm going to see my daughter! SHe needs his mom right now!" He replied.
I chuckled. "Is that a joke? It's not funny!"
"Aries! I just want to see Jay-jay! We haven't talked in a while! I also want to tell him that we're getting married-----"
"Again?! Aren't you getting tired?! You have a feeling that Jayjay will be happy when she hears that from you!" I shouted angrily at him.
"Don't yell at me! Maybe you're forgetting who I am!"
He replied angrily. He looked at me for a moment, as if he was thinking something. "...I'll guess. You still haven't told her, right?!"
I looked at her furiously. "Never mind! I'll tell her but not now!"
"Make sure! Otherwise I'll tell her!" He replied and left immediately.
Was he planning to? He's really going to show up now. I just sighed from being so annoyed. I just combed my hair. I was about to walk to my car but I stopped when I saw Ella standing near me.
"E-ella? W-what are you doing here?"
"You're not answering my calls so I came here to see you." She answered me. I went to her and hugged her. "S-sorry..."
"It's okay... Do you want to eat? You look so stressed." That's what she said.
I nodded in response. We went to a fast food place, we were just near the hospital so we didn't need to bring a car.
"How's Jay?" She asked.
"It's okay... she's awake." I answered lifelessly.
"Who's that?"
I looked at her and looked out the window thinking that she was just nearby.
"...The one you were talking to earlier." She continued. I knew she'll ask.
"I-it's... Jay-jay's Mother." I answer. Please don't ask for more.
"You're hiding something from me." He said while looking at the food in front of us.
"It's just..."
"You trust me. Right?" He said.
I don't want to tell her or hide it from her. I breathe heavily.
"It's something about Jay's older brother."
