Lilian also returned with medicine from the pharmacy. Seeing the scene, she smiled faintly and stepped out to give them some privacy.
It wasn't until Kevin left that she came back in, muttering, "Tch tch tch, you’re saying you guys don’t have feelings for each other? I think you two are quite close. Mr. Harper rushed over personally to apply medicine when he heard you were injured."
