After the professors explained the Welcome Ceremony to the first-year students, the gymnasium began to be noisy again as the students talked to one another about the announcement they just heard.
They were nervous. Some were excited. Some didn't care. While some were prideful.
I didn't participate into their conversations. I was leaning on the wall with my arms crossed, listening to the chorus of conversations that was happening around me. I noticed a familiar face walking towards me.
"Watson. It's nice to see you again." I said while giving her a smile.
"It is nice to see you as well, Arthur." She said with a smile. "How are you feeling after the announcement?" She asked.
"Well, honestly I don't-"
"Silence." A thunderous voice resounded throughout the gymnasium, making the place shake with intensity. Another Force Gate appeared, but this time, two figures exuding a powerful aura around them came out.
The professors bowed their heads down to the two figures, and the rest of the first-year students did the same. Even though none of us understood what was happening and why we were bowing to them, we still did it anyways just to be safe.
Suddenly, the familiar aura reminded me of Master Sorania.
There is no doubt. Those two are Masters.
A laughter echoed throughout the gymnasium amidst the aura they were exuding. "Such a respectful kids! I love this new batch of first years. I could see some of them with great potential." She said while her eyes were scanning the students she was talking about, including me.
"Lower your aura, Zargasha. You are scaring the kids." The man said with sincerity behind his tone. However, even though he wasn't exuding any aura like Zargasha, his presence was enough to make the air heavy as well.
"Students, please meet the President and Vice President of Galactic Imperial Academy." Professor Yuki announced. For some reason, Professor Yuki was the only Guardian here that was unaffected by their aura.
"Raise your heads, students." The man said. His voice was calm yet loud like a drill instructor. "I will give you an advice. Never lower your head down against a powerful opponent. No matter how strong they are, never fret." He said.
