Mortal tier:
Basic-1~5mp(I)
•Iniciate level where basic control, and output capable of harming a normal human can be expected.
Intermediate-5~50mp(H)
•Those here are capable of good combat use and can match the power necessary to take down a small building at their best or equivalent effect.
Advanced-50~500mp(G)
•At this point skills or titles are capable of large scale change and effects. As well as the fact the power has reached the point where at its best can affect multiple city blocks.
Master-500~5000mp (F)
•The skills and or titles that reached this rank are potent to the level that they are not to be used in highly populated areas if they have destructive or harmful effects of any kind. They can at their best affect a Large mountain.
Grandmaster-5000~50,000mp(E)
•These skills or titles are rare and owned only by a limited portion of the world, even so, they are not legal to utilize under most circumstances outside of the personal suppressed scale of use. They can at their best affect multiple continents.
Arch master-50,000~500,000mp(D)
•There are currently only 20 recorded cases of a skill or title at this level on earth. They are world-ending in capability of effect, and can not be used at all in their true scale, only authorized in a limited suppressed manner.
