Shiver,
'Such a thought,' Alex mused
'My own oblivion obscured my rationality,' Alex pondered before forcing his laughter down.
'Leo… though this orange-haired scoundrel rudely invaded my peace, this may be for the best… an unexpected opportunity has presented itself…'
A tool I reasoned,
'I a mere mid-reamed Fledging, and Leo whose two minor realms above me. He seems quite knowledgeable of internal events. With his collective strife, Leo should have easily accumulated a bastion of experience in Low-rank battle zones' I reasoned.
Scrutinizing Leo's figure further I planed
[Every individual assigned to fight in the H-rank battle zones may now exit,]
[Those who don't will be executed due to martial law.] announced the driver coldly, manipulating his speech so that every passenger on board heard it.
"Ahh, Rel, I guess this is our stop," Leo said after the announcement was finalized.
Standing up from my seated position and several other individuals made their way towards the cubi's exit which materialized.
Exiting the cubi I was immediately barraged with the rays of the sun.
Though my face was shielded by a mask, it didn't necessarily provide optical revision.
The mask itself was in a way similar to the black paned windows within the cubi's exterior but without the hindering of perception.
Squinting my eyes to adjust to the outside light I took note of the number of people who exited from the vehicle.
Excluding myself, 19 people retreated from the bus's innards.
Ten men, and nine women.
Quickly noting each individual's garments and weapon, I found that nearly every person present was a fighter in close quarters with the exception of several people who shouldered large caliber snipers from their back or other various forms of firearms.
Finally adjusting his eyes to properly perceive the surroundings, Alex viewed the collective complex of structures.
The structures only spanned one story and their exteriors were shelled with metal.
Few individuals could be seen transferring between structures.
"Follow behind!" Bellowed middle-aged man senor with silver hair. His body was heavily built and his stature was Goliath, with it roughly standing at 230 cm.
Snapping out of my marvel of the camp, I tended my movement following the rest of the group.
Leo was silent, and so was the collective rest.
The tension between the group of twenty seemed to hold slight disarray and unease.
A trickle of cold sweat trickled down my cheek.
Following the senor paradoxically both felt like the longest and yet shortest two minutes of my life.
Several minutes of walking along the uneven trail of gravel and dirt continued.
"Were near the camp Pavillion," grumbled the silver-haired man
"I'll warn you bunch… keep silent and listen to the overseer attentively." forboded the man in a steeled voice
Confused by the man's string of words, I felt the urge to ask him to elaborate further, but I felt that the silver-haired man would tell me off, so I opted to stay silent and continue to follow.
Scoffing within his head Alex thought.
'An Overseer?' I inquired
'I wonder what type of person they are?"
'For such a man of great stature to fordobe their mere presence with such an uneasy tone'
From my relative position, I happened to see the edging peak of a large structure from over the bed of spired trees obscuring my view.
'Assuming this trail is leading to the pavilion, then that should be our destination'
Alex Had a bad feeling about the pavilion. The place was essentially unknown and yet they were being let towards it. Only 10 minutes have passed since arriving at the zone, and no intervention of introduction was properly established or hierarchy.
But that may be due to my own lack of experience.
Stealing a glance towards the others around me I noticed odds and inconsistencies in my earlier conclusion.
Most had weapons that terribly suited the battlefield!
The poorly crafted Firearms strapped to several individuals are essentially useless against most people!
Hell, my own gun was fairly expensive, but still, even it would yield little effect towards a mid-reamed fellow.
These people of course were more experienced than myself, and the amount of battles fought near death should have also honed their skills, so speaking rashly over such things may only be foolish.
"Wait," the silver-haired man said in a smooth voice.
In an odd series of motions, the Silver haired man elevated his arm to near his front performing a complex array of motions.
