As Arcturus finished sharing his affinities, the others began to share theirs as well.
"I have nature, wind and wood elements" Said Ria.
Right after Roy mentioned "I got earth, fire and shadow element"
Seeing this Amelia also chimed in "I have water, lightning and blood element"
"I also have water, blood lightning and sand element" Said Cain.
After sharing their affinities, the group began to discuss their plans for exploring the first floor.
Arcturus suggested they stick together for now, at least until they got a better sense of the floor's layout and the monsters they might encounter.
Aurelia nodded in agreement, "That's a good idea. We can always split up later if needed."
The group decided to head towards one of the pillars, where they noticed a glowing crystal nestled in the ruins. As they approached, they saw that the crystal was pulsing with a soft blue light.
"What do you think this crystal does?" Cain asked, his eyes fixed on the crystal. He never paid any attention in the classes so he didn't knew what it was.
Hearing his Question Arcturus replied "Well these pillars not only gather mana from the atmosphere but that crystal embedded in the it also acts as a guidance node"
"Maybe if you had paid attention to classes you would have known this common information" Amelia smirked.
Arcturus reached out a hand to touch the crystal, and as he did, a low hum filled the air. Suddenly, a holographic display flickered to life before them.
"Welcome, adventurers," a mechanical voice said. "This crystal serves as a guidance node. You can access the basic information which is recorded about the 1st floor, including monster locations, monster types and known hidden path".
The group exchanged excited glances. That already knew basic information but this is also a good thing they can also gymet location of some hidden locations.
"What kind of information can we get from this node?" Aurelia asked, her eyes shining with curiosity.
The holographic display flickered, and a map of the floor appeared. "You can access real-time data on monster spawns and hidden paths to know when again the monster will spawn once killed"
The group spent the next few minutes exploring the node's capabilities, learning about the floor's layout and the monsters they might encounter. As they did, they began to formulate a plan for their exploration.
With their plan in place, the group set off towards the nearest resource location, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
As they walked, Arcturus couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and trepidation. He had no idea what lay ahead, but he was determined to make the most of this opportunity.
The group moved cautiously, their senses on high alert as they navigated the unfamiliar terrain. They knew that the first floor would be filled with challenges for them, but they were ready to face them head-on.
As they approached the resource location, they noticed a cluster of glowing mushrooms.
"These look like mana-infused mushrooms," Aurelia said, her eyes lighting up. "They might be useful for restoring mana."
The group began to harvest the mushrooms, carefully storing them in their inventory. As they did, they noticed a strange noise coming from nearby.
"What's that?" Cain asked, his hand on the hilt of his sword.
Arcturus focused his senses, trying to pinpoint the source of the noise. "It sounds like...movement. Something's coming towards us."
He activated his ability but was overwhelmed by every movement happening in his 100 meter radius because of not have any experience he couldn't focus on the single movement to see what it was so he could just rely on his vision and hearing.
The group's eyes locked onto the distance, their hearts racing with anticipation of what they are going to face.
As they got ready to face opponent who was coming towards them the creatures also revealed themselves.
Walking out behind the bushes were three wolves two were about a meter tall while one was a little taller with gray furs while furs on their heads were red. They stood on there four showing their fangs as Silva dripping out of their mouth as they stare at Arcturus and his group with their blood red eyes.
These creatures didn't have any intelligence. They simply live according to their instincts. Their senses were quite good Specially sense of smell so when they smell something new they come to hunt it.
The wolf slowly started to move as they started to encircle the group.
Arcturus and others also took out their weapons and were ready to fight.

"While the two smaller wolfs were not a problem the larger one will not be easy to kill because of its agility. We have to deal with to wolf fast so we can focus of the bigger one" Arcturus said.
This one was everyone's first real battle so they were all nerves but they were also excited for their first monster hunt.
After circling once both smaller wolfs attacked from the sides.
