Hestias' Narrative
A long, long time ago, we gods descended on this world of yours, our dear children, in seek of entertainment and excitement.
We see you, dear children, upon how you live. You dream, you strive, you struggle, you mourn and yet, you stood tall even within the brink of collapse.
Then, we decided.
We would live amongst you, eternally.
We sealed away our divine powers, and live blessedly with all the impairment and inconvenience that comes with it.
However, we know that doing so would not change the fact that you will see ill upon us gods.
In return, we offer you one thing that can help you in your obstacles....
.....Our "blessings".
Powers granted to you to fight monsters that has been terrorizing your land.
The children that we choose to give our blessings to, becomes our follower.
Our Familia.

Scene shown Hestia looking into the stars up above.

I, Hestia, have been on the mortal lands, no more than that of a child who is starting to understand how to run.
On first descent, I was ignorant upon the feelings that mortals go through.
I saw how children of these mortals, running around playing with each other, happy going through their lives.
"..."
Grown ups alike, they too went around, happily going through hardships with strong resolve.
It was exciting.
Seeing the mortals go through such things, doing such actions.....
It was beautiful.
It was like home.

.....Until I myself go through their hardships.
Hestia closed his eyes, reminiscing upon the time of the past.
Hestia then looked forward, seeing two men seemingly training.
When hardships of these mortals seep into my being, I was stunned.
I ask myself, "How such fragile beings can go through such feelings?"
Although We gods see it as menial things even if our powers are sealed, we can't help but to sympathize upon these mortals.
How can they smile?
How can they laugh?
How can they run freely with so many thorns in front of them?
"..."
How can they resist falling when the lands they live in are against them?
How can they put food on the table when danger surrounds them?
How can they feel comfortable when the lands they were born in doesn't feel like...

Hestia proceeds to continue watching the two men in front of them train, intense in their spar.
For the time period of me living within these lands, I got to understand how they go by such hardships.
And may I say, it is not comfy.
*THUD*
"Ow!" One of the men, specifically with white hair, utter as he was knocked down on the ground, bottom first.
"C'mon kid. You need to be sharper then that." The other man said, Huge in stature with blonde-golden hair, as he put on a smug smile.
"Agh, we're sparring here! not a fight to the death!" The white haired said as he proceeds to pout afterwards.
"Excuses, excuses. Monsters aren't going to "spar" with you in the dungeon brat." The titan like man said.
"..."

.....
Indeed.
They are truly everchanging.
Hestia then started to smile, looking upon the two children bickering, arguing with each other.
Her eyes then started to soften, seeing these two children, her children, fight like siblings.
"Bell! Aurelius! Come on in now! dinner's ready!" Hestia said loudly towards the two men.
"Is it potato puffs again?" The titan ask.
"Yup!" Hestia said happily proud.
*sigh* "Okay then, sure. C'mon kid."
"Oh yeah! it's eating time!" The White haired said in joy.
Hestia then watch both of them head towards her, possibly joining her entering the church behind.

Indeed.
They truly are something incredible.

3rd person POV
A beautiful scenery and image. That is what they say when they lay eyes upon this city.
Orario.
A city of heroes. A city on which those great ones of the past bare their blood upon its descendants.
A city which evil must bring down if it wants to take over the world.
However, proven many times over, it still stands, even if it is shook to the core.
Although, grandiose it is upon its history of greatness, within, lies evil itself.
The Dungeon.
The main reason that the world, in this era, is not at true peace is because of said evil.
Once, it lay itself 3 calamities, in which two have been eliminated.
One of the 3 however is still out there, dormant.
So it is up to Orario to bring down the evil of outside and within itself.
Children that resides within these walls must have a resolve about getting stronger.
Yet, many within, leisurely does it for profit.
.....except for a handful.
*BOOM*
A thunderous blow has been heard within the walls of the dungeon.
Sound of a monster turned dust after such impact.
In the distance, shown that two individuals, within the dungeon, are standing upon many scattering purple crystals like stones.
*Phewwww* "This is one heck of a slaughter raid we did here." One of the two said. A voice that of a giant, blonde-golden hair, with a body as big as a mountain. Metaphorically. With him, a giant shield in hand.
"Haaahhh yup, it's like a training session don't you think?" The other said as it sheaths its sword. Although its voice higher pitched, indicating that it is still not through its puberty, still to be of a man. White hair, fluffy like a rabbits' fur, barely passing half the height of the titan beside him. With him, a dual twin broadsword on his rear with its scabbards.
"Well, we better get going now. I'm going to guess that it's evening already." The titan said
"Hm! UmU. Let's not let the goddess wait any longer." The rabbit said, accepting the titans suggestion.
The two here are the unique duo we all know and love.
Bell and Aurelius.
Both of the Hestia Familia.
"But maaaannn we got ourselves a haul here. How much Valis do you think that we will get from this mister?" Bell ask the titan beside him.
"Beats me. Probably past 20 thousand?" Aurelius answered the rabbit.
"Well what ever the amount is, we are eating good with the goddess tonight!" Bell said happily with triumphant.
They then went ahead and collect all the scattered monster cores.
As they finished, they started to pack up any item they have before their leave.
"Let's go kid." Aurelius said.
"Hnh!" Bell nodded.
They started to walk towards the exist of this floor, more specifically, the seventh floor.'
However, before they can get any step further, a scream was heard.
in fact, a ferocious "moo" was heard not far behind him.
*MOOOOOO!!!*
They looked back upon the source of the sound.
What they saw is a monster that is not in its correct floor.
*MOOOOOO!!!*
A Minotaur. Red aura seemingly surrounding it.
"You gotta be kidding me! A minotaur?! In this place?!" Aurelius said, frustrated upon the same events occurring form 3 weeks ago.
The minotaur then lay its eyes upon the two in front of them.
Ready to charge.
*MOOOOOOO!!!*
The minotaur screams before it launches itself towards the two.
"Damn it!" Aurelius said as he went in front of Bell to protect him. His shield raised.
*STOMP*
*STOMP*
*STOMP*
*STOMP*
*STOMP*
The minotaur furiously charges with its wild intentions of hitting the shield.
*BANG~~~*
The minotaur clashed its fist on the shield with impeccable might.
Aurelius then was flew back a bit far away, though still on his two feet.
Bell however was flung afar upon the force of the blow. Being behind the titan, having no time to react, he was hit by his comrades body.
"Agh!"
*THUD*
Bell landed on his back, rolling a bit farther afterwards.
"SHIT! That hit was damn heavy!" Aurelius said.
He then glance back, checking on the rabbit.
"KID! You okay?!" Aurelius ask, shouting for the rabbits answer.
"Yeah, I'm fine! Maybe a little bruised but that's all!" Bell answered.
"Alright! How about we try the usual taunting attack eh?" Aurelius suggest.
"Risky, but sure thing!" Bell accept smiling, excited upon the seemingly foolish suggestion.
Aurelius then raised his shield as he uses his signature magic.
[TAUNT]
A golden wave rushed out towards a large part of his surrounding area.
The minotaur was then hit. its eyes started to turn golden as it sets its sights on the titan.
*MOOOOOO!!!*
The minotaur screams as it charges towards the titan.
"C'mon you big cow! Show me more what you can do!" Aurelius said with a wide smile.
The minotaur then hit the titans' shield. Although is knocked back, it is not as far as before.
Aurelius took in the blows that it gave, dodging a few as to minimize the impact caused.
Bell seeing that it is occupied, rushed into attack the hypnotized minotaur.
"RAAAAAGGHHH" Bell let out a battle cry as he slashed the minotaurs' back.
The attack landed on it, however, the damage only barely showing as a very small cut was made.
'The skin is this hard?!' Bell thought as he took in the information about the minotaur.
'If so, then there's only one place to attack it.' Thought Bell of an idea.
He then now lay his eyes on the neck of the minotaur. He then jumped onto the back of the monster, ready to stab the neck of the minotaur.
"RAAAAAGGGHHHH!" Bell scream he try to stab one of his swords through the minotaurs' neck.
However, the sword barely went in.
*MOOOOOO!!!*
The minotaur then screams upon the contact. its eyes faltering between the color gold and red.
"Try harder kid!" Aurelius said as to push Bell to kill it, meanwhile being barraged by the bull.
"Agh! I KNOW!" Bell said frustratingly.
The rabbit then used all his might to kill the minotaur.
"DIE ALREADY!!!!" Bell scream as he pushed his sword with all his might.
He kept on pushing his sword further, all his might put into the sword.
and then....
*PIERCE*
....the sword went through.
"HAA!" Bell then pull his sword furiously out from the neck of the minotaur. It then starts to fall down upon the floor of the dungeon.
Upon hitting the ground, the minotaur turned to dust immediately, only the core has been left by it. The strike that Bell had done has sealed its fate.
Bell then as well fall onto the ground on his back, tired upon the relentless energy that he has used to kill the raging bull.
*THUD*
"Ack! Ow!" Bell uttered, his back laying flat on the ground.
The rabbit then proceeded to be in a sitting position. Positioning himself to face his comrade.
"Mister, are you okay?" Bell ask the titan in front of him.
"Yeah, the bulls' blows are damn heavy, but nothing that I can't take." Aurelius said, answering the worries of the rabbit.
Bell then stand up from his position, steadied himself as him dust off any dirt from his outfit.
"Well, didn't expect a minotaur to fully jump scare us out of nowhere." Bell said as he started to stretch his muscles.
"It's feels like the one from 3 weeks ago honestly." He said again.
"I thought so too. Glad that we're stronger this time around." Aurelius said.
The two then look towards the monster core of the minotaur. They noticed that its size was a bit bigger than what they had usually collected.
"Oooo! It looks bigger from the ones we have! How much do you think they sell, mister?" Bell ask, excited upon the prospect of getting a lot of Valis.
"I don't know. What I know for sure is they sell for more than the ones on this floor." Aurelius answered.
"Oh man! I can't wait when we get to the surface!" Bell said, practically jumping from joy.
Bell then picked up the crystal. However, upon picking it up and putting it in his pouch, There is something sinister lurking in the dark behind him that he didn't notice.
In fact, there ARE multiple entities.
"Hm?" Aurelius uttered, seeing past the rabbit towards the dark tunnel behind him.
"?!"
What he saw are multiple red glowing eyes.
All of a sudden one of the silhouette rushed out of the dark, seemingly targeting the rabbit in front of them with incredible pace.
*MOOOOOO!!!!*
The silhouette turns out to be another minotaur.
'SHIT!' Aurelius cursed in his head after seeing another raging bull on this floor.
Without wasting any time, Aurelius rushed in to push away Bell. He then put up his shield to block the incoming impact.
However, he wasn't ready in his resolve, thus the result is not as same as the previous one.
*BANG~~*
The bulls' attack hits the titans shield. The titan then got flung away farther then he did the first time.
"Ackh!"
Aurelius then hit the wall of the dungeon, falling down afterwards after impact, barely concious.
"MISTER!" Bell then shouts towards the downed titan.
'Damn it! another one?!' Bell said as he think of a plan to take down the minotaur while Aurelius is down.
However, the plan is for not.
*STOMP*
*STOMP*
*STOMP*
Then within the dark tunnel that came the minotaur in front him, came out more.
In fact, a dozen more.
"W-What?" Bell said as he looked on with disbelief.
As Bell was thinking, the minotaur was charge a punch towards him. A final blow to meet his fate.
"S-Shit! KID!" Aurelius shout watching his teammates' life almost the brink of end.
Bell closed his eyes and puts his arms up for protection, although knowing that it means nothing.
As the fist of the minotaur almost hit the rabbit, it then stops.
*MO-....OO* The minotaur uttered in pain.
'H-Huh?' Bell said confused on why he is not hit yet.
Then he slowly opens his eyes, looking upon what transpires in font of him.
What he saw was a sword that has pierced through the torso of the minotaur.
the source of it? A person.
A person with long blonde lush hair.
a swordswoman.
The minotaur then proceeded to turn around and attack the one who harmed him.
However, the swordswoman, who saved the rabbits life, dodged the attack of the minotaur.
The person then attacked the minotaur once more, blade as if dancing through the air as it slash the skin of the monster gracefully.
The minotaur then faltered behind a distance, putting length between it and the person, readying itself for its next attack.
However, its action did not come to fruition for a sword has pierced through its abdomen area.
The swordswomen then proceeds to slash the minotaur almost in half as she slash her sword upwards through the shoulder of the minotaur.
The minotaur then fall to its knees, its body cut open from the attack almost in two.
It afterwards turned to dust as it drops its core.
The blonde swords woman then looked at the sitting rabbit.
"Are you okay?" The woman said as she tilted her head doing so full of charm.
"Y-yeah, I am." Bell said as he took in the shock that has just happen just now.
He then proceeds to stand up from his bewildered reaction, bowing down towards the woman after doing so.
"T-Thank you for saving me! I would've been dead if it weren't for you." Bell said, still bowing to the swordswoman, showing utter grattitude.
"Hm, your welcome." The swordswoman said nonchalant.
Then the both of them looked towards the dozens of minotaurs behind them.
Bell, a bit panicked upon the situation, ask his savior on what to do.
"U-Uhm miss, there's still a lot of them left. W-What do we do?" Bell ask.
"Don't worry, it's settled." The swordswoman said as she sheathed her sword.
"W-What do you mean by that? And why are sheathing your sword?!" Bell asked confused and in disbelief.
"Be at ease. They will take care of them." The swordswoman said.
"W-What? what do you mean by "them"?" Bell ask.
Then out of nowhere, a flying thing struck the head of one of the minotaurs, leaving it headless, as it sliced its head clean.
*THANG~~*
The flying thing then hit the walls of this floors cave.
Bell surprised by the sudden kill, took closer inspection on the unknown object that flew threw the air, striking down the a minotaur in one blow.
It was revealed to be a weapon. A weapon with two large blades and a handle in the middle.
*Pheewwww* "Glad we caught up!" A feminine voice was heard in the distance.
Then, revealing itself from the darkness of the cave, were six people.
'H-Huh? who are they? wait a minute....' Bell thought as he looked back at the swordswoman.
'Blonde lushes hair, yellow eyes, beautiful face, wearing a white outfit with blue leggings, a bit of armor and a rapier as a weapon....' thought bell upon the description of the woman in front of him.
'?!'
'Wait!'
'Isn't she Ais Wallenstein?! The sword princess?!' Bell thought, shocked upon the realization on who the person in front is.
'And they must be....' Bell thought as he looked the six people.
'I don't know who they are but if the sword princess are with them, then it only means one thing...'
'These seven are from the Loki Familia.'
Indeed.
Tiona Hiryute.
Tione Hiryute.
Bete Loga.
Ais Wallenstein.
Gareth Landrock.
Riveria Ljos Alf.
and lastly....
Finn Deimne. The captain of the Loki Familia.
"Tiona, didn't I said that you can't let them escape towards the upper floors!" Riveria scolded Tiona.
"I'm sorry Riveria! Something caught my eye down there!" Tiona said as she clasp her hands to apologize towards the elf.
"No excuses! You could've cause death if you we weren't caught up to them!"
"When we get back, I'll punish you for being incompetent!" Riveria said, sealing the amazonians' fate.
"That's enough you two. Let's take care of the problem here first." Finn said as he orders his crew.
To say the least, the Loki Familia make quick work on the minotaurs.
One by one, they were eliminated as if seeing a hot knife cutting through butter. As if the enemies they're facing are ants.
As the last minotaur falls, so too the danger they possessed.
"Woah...." Bell said, awe in how powerful they are.
"Hm?" Finn heard bells' astonishment and proceeded to make a conversation with him.
"My apologies upon this mess we made, one of our crew here messed up on the middle floors while we were on our way back from our raid." Finn said as he lend his hand towards bell.
"O-Oh it's nothing. We took down one of them here before the others came to ambush us. They took us by surprise." Bell said as he took Finns' hand for an assistance to stand up.
"Hmm? We?" Finn ask.
"Oh just my friend with m-" Bell the stopped his last words.
"OH FREAK! MISTER!" Bell shouts, now remembering that his titan friend was hit and crash landed on the wall.
"I'm here brat! you don't have to scream." Aurelius said, annoyed upon the sudden shouting.
Aurelius is seeing to be in a sitting position while he stretches his arms.
"Oh Mister! Thank the goddess you're alive!" Bell said as he hugged tightly the titan in relief.
"Get off me! I'm not attracted towards guys damn it!" Aurelius said as he peeled off the rabbit from his skin.
*sigh* "I didn't even drink a potion yet and you've already made my wounds worse." Aurelius said.
"I'm sowwy." Bell said as imaginary bunny ears slumped down.
Ignoring the antics of the rabbit, Aurelius then took out a potion and drank it. He then looked towards the Loki Familia, who had a comical sweat drop, as his wounds heal.
"My apologies upon the nonsensical actions of my friend here." Aurelius said as he proceeded to stand up.
The whole Loki Familia looked upon the blonde man in shock. The size of him is something that they had never seen towards someone, even for a certain king of this city.
He then bowed down towards them.
"We thank you for saving our lives Loki Familia. Without you, we wouldn't be able to go back towards our goddess today." Said Aurelius as Bell too bowed down to them once more.
Finn was brought out from his stupor after the titan man spoke with his booming voice.
"A-Ah it's nothing. I'm glad that there were no casualties occurred." Finn said, stuttered upon his first word.
"Ah! Where are my manners. I am Aurelius. Captain of the Hestia Familia." Aurelius said.
Within the three weeks that had passed, three of them, well more like two, decided to make Aurelius as the captain of the team.
"I see. My name is Finn Deimne. Captain of the Loki Familia." said Finn.
Finn then held out his hand for a handshake. Aurelius then took it, signaling his respect towards him.
Both of them let go of their hands as Aurelius was the first to speak.
"Well we better get going now, our goddess will be worry sick if we are still not back within her reach." Aurelius said.
"Very well, safe travels." Finn said as the two Hestians left towards the surface.
"A very interesting duo." Gareth said.
"Very so. It looks unique with how much of a difference the size between them." Riveria said.
"Eh, they look nothing special to me. Especially that white haired pipsqueek." The wolf demi human, Bete, spoke.
"Mind your manners Bete." Riveria warns the wolf man.
"Tch" Bete clicked his tongue.
"But, didn't they said that they beat one of the minotaurs coming their way?" Tione said, curious about the two.
"They probably lied. Weaklings lie a lot." Bete said mockingly.
"And how do you know that they lied huh? stupid violent dog!" Tione said.
"What did you say?! Why you-" Bete replied angry with Tiones' taunting.
Finn then looked onto the direction where the two Hestians are before. Now only an empty dark cave.
".....I think they are saying the truth." Finn said.
""huh?"" Tiona and Bete stopped upon their bickering and looked towards their pallum.
"Well remember the minotaur that escaped way before the others do? I'm guessing that minotaur is the one they took down by themselves." Finn explains.
"As expected of captain! unlike you violent dog." Tione said.
"You wanna fight or what huh?!" Said Bete provoked once.
As the two were bickering, another was looking in the path of the once present Hestians.
".....Aurelius huh?" Tiona said as he utters the titans' name.

"Didn't I tell you not to go pass floor 5 you two?! Going towards below it down to floor 7?! What were you two thinking?!" A female elf, wearing a guild reception outfit and glasses, scolded the titan and the rabbit.
"We're sorry miss Eina. We won't do it again." Bell said.
"Alright then.....is what I would say if I didn't warned you two for the last TWENTY TIMES NOW!" Eina said furiously.
Eina then proceeds to squeeze Bells cheeks, stretching it afterwards.
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW WORRIED I AM EVERYTIME YOU TWO WENT IN THE DUNGEON?! The first day you went into the dungeon, you encountered an orc, survived miraculously. Now you two encountered a horde of minotaurs? DO YOU KNOW HOW NERVE RACKING IT IS?!" Eina said, all versions anger present within her.
"Sheesh we said we're sorry damn it! so loud." Aurelius said annoyed by elven bickering.
"Yaah, we'gh soghwy eish Einya." Bell said with gibberish words while his cheeks were still being squeezed.
Eina then let go of Bells cheeks while he caresses its swallowed form.
*sigh* "I swear, you two are going to be the death of me." Said Eina as she slumped down deeper into her seat.
"Relax Eina, you worry to much." A voice suddenly spoke behind her.
The two men then looked towards the source of the voice.
There they saw a female demi-human werewolf, with red hair all the way down towards her bossom.
"What are you talking about Rose?! What advisor that isn't worried about their client here?" Eina said towards the lady, now beside her.
"I think you're the only one to worry this much, Eina." Rose Fannett said towards the stressed elf.
Rose then took a glance towards the two, primarily the titan, and looked towards the papers on her hand short after.
"Here. These are the documents that you needed to finish, Eina." Rose said as she gives a stack of papers towards the elf.
*sigh* "More paperwork huh?" Said Eina solemnly.
"Okay. I'll go ahead and finish it tomorrow." Eina said still being solemn.
Eina then looked towards the two men in front of them.
"Remember you two! You can't do reckless things like that while you are in the dungeon. The place is unpredictable I can't afford people like you two go dying without my consent."
"Do you understand Bell?" Eina said to the still swallowed cheeks rabbit.
"Yesh eish Einya." Bell said.
"Good. How about you, do you understand Aure-" Eina said, although stopped through halfway uttering the titans' name.
He was gone.
Despite having a huge stature, somehow he went unnoticed by the elf.
The elf then looked around her frantically to search for the titan...only for him already done exchanging the monster core that he and the rabbit collected as he is close to exit the guild.
"HEY! COME BACK HERE! I'M NOT DONE TALKING WITH YOU!" Eina said, well shouted.
The titan ignored her.
"I-I better head on home too miss Eina. Goddess Hestia will be livid if we're home late. Good bye!" Bell said as he rushes off to follow.
"Ugh! YOU TWOOOOO!!!" Eina screams.
Rose chuckles upon the antics of the three.

".....Aurelius." Rose Utters.

"Aaaannnnd done! meal has been served." Hestia said as she finished the last preparation of food for her two children.
"Hmm, but they are a bit late today." Hestia said worried about her reckless children.
"We're home goddess!" A Bell emerge as he said. Along with him, Aurelius.
"Ah! there you two are! I was wondering why you two have been are late considering that you never have been late after that incident 3 weeks ago." Hestia said reliefed.
"Well about that...." The titan said.
Aurelius then proceeds to tell everything that happened that made them late.
"..."
""...""
":3" Bell.
*sigh* "I need to get used to this. I can see that you two aren't going to stop anytime soon, even at the worrisome state of your goddess." Hestia said, having enough already upon the recklessness of her two children.
"And of course that flat boards' children had to swoop in and save the day." Said Hestia as she gritted her teeth.
She then calms down and proceeded looking towards the two.
"Well you're here now, I have prepared delicious foods for you!" Hestia said.
"Let me guess, potato puffs?" Aurelius ask.
"That, but, with some thing extra, ~E X T R A~." Hestia said as she was doing weird gestures towards the end.
Hestia then move out of the way.
What the two saw are plethora amounts of food, each with different kind.
"Wow!" Bell said as he drools without stop.
"Seems like you outdone yourself goddess." Aurelius said.
"huhuhu, I am Hestia after all! Putting food on the table is one of my important duties I must do!" Hestia said proudly upon her achievement.
"Okay you two, let us feast!"

After sometime, they finished their food. Bell, as always, with a bloated belly.
"Ahhh~~, that hit the spot" Bell said as he was laying down on the spot.
"Yup, took the words out of my mouth" *BURP* Aurelius burped while laying on the bed.
"Well, that was nice. Now how about we update your status?" Hestia suggest.
""Sure/Okaaay~"" Aurelius and Bell said.
"Alright. Aurelius, you go first."
Aurelius then took of his shirt off as he lay flat on his front.
Hestia then proceeds to do the usual rituals of updating a status.
She then copies the updated falna onto a piece of empty paper.
"You've become have become very strong for the past three weeks Aurelius!"
Aurelius then looked towards the status paper that he received from her goddess.

"Oh yeah! this is a nice increase!" Bell said excitedly.
"Not bad kid, not bad at all." Aurelius said.
They then did some cleaning here and there after the feast.
After sometime, they finished their work.
"Alright I'm heading off to bed now." Aurelius said towards the two.
"Okay then mister, good night." Bell said.
"Sweet dreams Aurelius." Said Hestia.
And they went to bed.
