The first elder who responded when he heard that Marijoa was burning was the Elder Jaygarcia Saturn, immediately teleporting towards the Marijoa, with the help of the other 4 elders, when Elder Saturn saw the damage that was done in Marijoa, he felt a huge feeling of humiliation and anger that he had never encountered before, the place he considered as the holy land was now burned by the creatures he looked down upon,
'This act... could not have been done without... intimate knowledge of our routines. Either they possess that knowledge... or they have infiltrated the ranks of the CP ranks,' Saint Saturn said to himself, assessing the situation based on what happened and the timing of the attack.
"Summon Borsalino. Begin the cleanup immediately. The others will not tolerate seeing our holy land... in such a disgraceful state," Saturn ordered his servants, who were members of the CP ranks but got pulled from the duty due to their unquestionable loyalty. They all nodded and left, immediately notifying the Vice-Admiral Borsalino and informing the servants.
It took a long time before Borsalino arrived, he did not use his Devil Fruit but travelled using the automatic moveway, but the numbers of the slaves that carry it is halved since the others escape.
"What is it you want, Saturn-sama?" Borsalino said, acting as if he were close to Saint Saturn.
"Watch your tone when addressing me. I am... not in the mood for insolence. And you are already... late." Saturn reprimands Borsalino, not appreciating the tone that Borsalino carries.
"Alrightttt," Borsalino replied, as if mocking Saturn, who just ignored him, deciding to extend his patience due to Borsalino being useful.
"Report. I expect a full account... every detail. Do not... waste my time." Saturn said, ordering Borsalino to recount everything he knows, and Borsalino then goes on to tell every single thing that he encountered, about how he captured and interrogated the slaves who escaped, and then hunted down the leader they pointed at, a Fishman folk that free them from their cells and creating the diversions, he also recounted about how the Fishman escaped, where a dragon made of clouds controlled lightning, attacking him unexpectedly and carrying them with speed as fast as the wind, all of this, he recounted towards Saturn who just appeared to be deep in thought.
Saturn, hearing the stories, realized who the one was that helped the slaves escape. What he did not know was the reason behind it, realizing that it would be a huge deal if the outside world got to know it, he ordered a preliminary cover-up, ordering Borsalino to round up the marines that originally responded.
"What are you gonna do, Saturn-sama?" Kizaru asked Saturn, in a serious tone, knowing that this kind of controversy, if it got out, would make the World Government lose face, and Saturn, being an elder, would not let that happen.
"I don't think you understand you're position here, you are here to obey, not to question," Saturn said to Borsalino who just have a serious expression to his face, knowing what would happen next, he then rounded out the marines that was part of the first responders.
All of the marines, while being summoned by a higher-up from the World Government, were excited, thinking that they would be promoted due to their great response time, fighting off against the Slaves that revolted bravely, excited on the rewards they would receive, following the guide towards where they would be met by the elder, the other guards, who were coming with them, knows what would happen to them so they just followed without and resistance, while looking at the excited faces of the marines.
'How naive,' The guards thought while looking at the celebrating Marines, not knowing what their future would be. It did not take them long before they reached the room, where they were greeted by Saint Saturn who just looked at them, suddenly, the guards head started exploding, one by one, until no guards are left, leaving the Marines to see the brutality of what happened, now, Saint Saturn was now looking at them.
"Why are you doing this to us? We helped fight off the slaves, we are on the same side, towards justice," Said one of the Marines, desperate for answers as to why they were being executed,
"You seem confused about your position and importance to us, you are just disposable pawns that we can replace if we want to, we are not on the same side, you are but a dog that should just bark when told and shut up when not asked." Saint Saturn said, finishing every single marine that was in the room, except for one that was in the far corner, looking at the cruelty that Saturn displayed even towards someone loyal to the WG.
"Do you have anything to say?" Saturn asked Borsalino, looking at the serious expression that was a rare instance in his face, the lazy expression gone.
"No, I have nothing to say, Saturn-sama," Borsalino replied, looking at the corpses one last time, then turning his back around, Saturn dismissing himself even without order, with Saturn just allowing it.
'Little Thorne... what... have you done now?,' Saturn thought, knowing who was behind those cloud-like creatures, thinking what would prompt him to do,
'I would discuss the suitable punishment for Thorne with the other elders, EthanBaron would not like this, especially on how proud he was on Little Thorne's progress and strength' Saturn added to his thought, while walking outside of the room, after he left the room, a fire suddenly started, burning every bodies he killed, leaving just the ashes of the marines.
