It was still morning, the sun was almost at the center of the sky. Gray was walking on his way home when suddenly, the white girl from before calls him out, "Hey, Gray" Gray turns around to see the beauty calling him. The girl nervously asked, " Ummm, I heard from Mr. Ander that you've... Lost your me memories "
Gray was lost of words, he didn't know how to reply. After a moment of silence, Gray finally answered, "It seems" Meanwhile wondering what's his relationship with this girl.
Right after Gray replied the white hair girl suddenly grabed his hands and said, "So you even forget about me? " With a shy expression. Gray simply said, "Sorry". There was a moment of silence, then Gray said, " Umm, how long are you planning to hold my hands miss?", that single phrase shook the girl. "Miss?" She thought, quickly taking back her hands and apologizing "Sorry", one could tell from her face she was sad although not that visible.
Gray was lost, since he never had any female interaction before in his previous world, he didn't know how to comfort her, but then, he instinctively said, " Umm, may I know your name? " With a visible blush in his face. The girl quickly changed her expression, she looks happy, a visible but faint smile spread across her face, she then replied, " I'm Aerith", seeing her face, Gray blushes even more, Gray the said, "Although I don't know what we were, but will with be ok if we could be friends?" With a stuttering voice. Aerith with a soft voice said, "I'll be more then happy".
But their sweet moment was interrupted by the voice of a woman, " Hey, Aerith'' the woman approach to both of them, she noticed Gray was there as well, "Oh Gray, it seems you are already fine, what a relief, when I saw the mens bringing you back, I honestly thought you'd die from the poision, " Gray replied, "Haha, thanks miss," while thinking, "A did died tho".The woman seems to be shocked, " Oh, it seems the rumors of you losing your memories are true, what a shame, you don't even remember me", Gray just said sorry. Just as the woman was about to speak up again, Aerith incurred her and said, "Ah, miss Emily, were you looking for me?", Emily then realized why she came looking for her, " Oh right, when are you opening your restaurant? The knight are planning to go on expedition tonight so they wanted to have some good meal." Aerith replied, "Oh, is that so? I'll quickly get back." Gray knew what he had to do, so he offered Aerith to help which Aerith happily agreed.
Some time passed and it was time to close the restaurant, Gray was sitting at a table, tired from working the whole day, but he felt refreshed and free. Aerith walks up to him to pay some coins but Gray refused saying he just wanted to help, although Aerith tried to give it to him anyway, Gray still refused, so Aerith suggest that they should go to picnic to celebrate his recover and to strengthen their bond. Gray was reluctant thinking, "Will it be alright to go on a picnic with a girl I just met? But, she doesn't seems to be stranger to me, I mean, she know this body's owner so she must think I'm the real Gray. Well, I just can't make a pretty girl upset", and after a long thought, he finally agreed, Aerith was really happy that Gray agreed to her request and thank him. Gray couldn't help but noticed how pretty and sweet she is.
It was already night, Gray help Aerith close the restaurant and offered her to take her back to home although it wasn't very far. On their, they saw Emily going towards the post, they ask her what happened and she replied, "We are going to give a farewell to the knights, why don't you two come too? " Aerith looks at Gray, Gray then said, "Ah, sure, they are our friends after all."
After seeing them leave, all the villagers who came to see them go returned home and so does Aerith and Gary, Gray upon reaching home was excited for the next day, he couldn't imagine that a guy like him with no charm in his previous life was going on a 'date' with an absolute beauty. He was so excited that he finds it difficult to even sleep.
After a while he finally sleep, but when he wakes up he was in sweat and tears, he couldn't remember what he what he dream was about that made him into that state. He washes himself up and realized he planned a picnic with Aerith.
After a while, he went to Aerith house and saw she was already ready with a basket full of what look like food. Gray as a man complimentes that she was beautiful which made her to blush.
Soon they leave for picnic or in both their minds, it was a date, at the short time they spent time, Gray had already fallen for her. After following a river, they found a small clearing at a river bank, perfect for their date, they swim, catch fishes, at lunch and they had a lot if fun.
It was already evening and it's time go return. On they way, Aerith suddenly stop which confused Gray, he asked, "Huh? Are you tired? Should I carry you back home?" with a gentle voice and a smile on his face. Aerith slowly walks towards him and hugged him, "Gray... " She said with a soft tone, "When you first came to our village for the first time, you saved me from a boar that almost killed me in the forest while I was collecting ingredients, you were badly injured... " Gray thought, "What's this suddenly? Also Gray isn't originally from this village?" Aerith continued, " Since then, you've been living rent-free in my mind, but I didn't had the courage to confess, but now you suddenly had a memory loss, I know for you, you've only known me for a few days but I've loved you since that time," Aerith with a visible blush slowing looks towards Gray, he just couldn't help but noticed how beautiful and cute she was, Aerith then said, "So, Gray, can you go out with me and start anew?".
