A flash of blue light signified his reward.
Aldric opened his inventory and gasped. "Frost Fist?"

This place was familiar—he had come here many times before, always leaving stronger than when he arrived.
Tonight would be no different.
Suddenly, more green eyes flickered in the darkness.
One… two… three… then more.
Snow Wolves.
The pack was growing, their glowing eyes locked onto him.
Aldric smirked. "It's been a while, my old friends. Are you ready for a real fight this time?"
He clenched his fists—and Frost Fist activated, releasing a chilling aura.
"Awoo!"
The wolves howled and lunged. Four of them attacked simultaneously, jaws wide open, aiming to tear him apart.
"Eagle Claw Art!"
Aldric's muscles tensed, his arms surged with power. His Frost Fist activated, slowing the wolves' movements just enough for him to strike first.
His hand lashed out like a talon, seizing a wolf's throat.
A sudden, forceful pull—its life energy was drained in an instant!
