"Why is my mother there?"
Looking at the affection list, he couldn't believe his stepmother was the top woman on the list.
"It's just motherly affection right?"
He hoped for it to be that, but knowing the weird world and the girl next to him, he couldn't be sure.
"Hey! Don't worry, of course, I am not asking you to fuck your step-mom."
Even though she said that with high enthusiasm, he still had some doubts as he could sense some panic in her.
"I hope so."
He prefers to keep his relationship with his new mother to remain as usual.

Even though he wanted to refute her sarcasm, he still couldn't believe that his new body had only his childhood friend and mother on that list.
But he could understand why, as Keisuke is a pretty shy guy not to mention his charm which is in the negatives.

Shaking her head, she lightly clicked her tongue once again.
"And it's not like you are going to be in fantasy- wait maybe?"

He found her words pretty suspicious as from all the information he gathered from his memory, this world was as simple as it could get.
"Nothing, don't worry about it as even I am not sure."
Realising she also didn't have the answers, he decided to move on and look for his phone.
'And where is this guy even?'
Before he had possessed Keisuke's body, he remembered teaching Takayuki and then he went out to get some stuff.
"There it is."
Looking at his new phone which seemed pretty old compared to one he had in his past life, he navigated around it to find the messaging app.

But he didn't have to message him first as he already got a message from him.

In past Keisuke would have been annoyed by his attitude, he didn't care about how he acted right now.
And even considered not teaching him properly so he could fail the high school exam.

Answering that, he closed the phone and started packing up his bag to leave the sibling's house.
Ignoring the sudden vibrations from his phone which most likely were due to Takayuki's messages.
He packed everything up and walked towards the front door to leave.
"Surprised no one is here yet."
He couldn't help but wonder if the Hayashi family was this dumb to leave a stranger alone at their house.
And not to mention the house contained some pretty expensive stuff.
"Yeah, I am too harmless for that."
But just as he looked into the mirror which he was passing by, he realised why they didn't have any worries.
"You are just going to leave like that."
He was surprised by Rhyvena's words as he almost forgot about her due to her not speaking in a while.
"You can be a quiet girl sometimes."
"Hey, I just didn't want to bother you then."
While surprised, he was also kinda pleased by the behaviour as her evaluation lightly went up for him.
"Thanks and yup, nothing to do here now."
"Tch! And here I thought I would see you charming Mika on the first day."
"Huh? Once again I am not that kind of man and women won't just get charmed in a day too."
"Sure sure."
Ignoring her muttering, he started to put his shoes on when he suddenly heard the front door clicking.
And once the door fully opened, he saw Mika entering the house with groceries in her hands.
"You are leaving already, Hori-kun?"
Mika looked at him with a questioning gaze as she remembered that he usually leaves an hour later.
"Wasn't planning to yet but Takayuki had some other plans."
Laughing lightly, he showed her the messages between him and Takayuki which now also contain him begging not for him to tell his parents.
"This guy!"
Sighing she returned his phone and pulled out her phone.
"Let me carry that as you seem pretty tired."
He extended his hands towards the grocery she was carrying as he could see her hands trembling a bit.
While a little surprised by his action, she decided to give him the groceries as she needed to talk to Takayuki right now.
"Oh, aren't you pretty smooth with that?"
Ignoring her, he decided to look towards Mika who was talking with Takayuki right now and scolding him.
"Hey don't ignore me."
"Hey, you."
"Hey hey hey."
Annoyed by her constant shouting in his ears, he finally looked towards her but didn't say anything.
"Wait, why are you not saying anything?"
Confused by his silence, she flew around him to find the issue when she suddenly realized something.
"Ohhhhh! So that's why, just try to think about me and say whatever you have in your mind."
'What is she even talking about.'
"I can finally hear you."
Realizing she could hear his thoughts when he thought about her, he felt a bit relieved as he didn't want to talk to a flying chipmunk when a girl was in front of him.
'And she can't see you?'
He asked curiously as not once Mika looked towards her even after all the shouting she did.
"Obviously can't as only you can see me so enjoy that privilege while you can."
'Yeah yeah.'
Ignoring her boasting once again, he looked towards Mika who seemed to have finished talking on the phone.
"Sorry about him but I will be sure to scold him more later about this."
"Oh don't worry about it as boys around his age are like that."
Shaking his head, he defended Takayuki as if he was like that during his younger days.
"Also where should I put this?"
Trying to move the topic, he asked about the groceries that he was carrying in his hands.
