Erin spends the morning preparing rations before heading straight to the dungeon him and his party explored the other day.
Arriving at the dungeon entrance, he grins excited to explore the dungeon and go past the tenth floor.
Erin rapidly makes his way through the first ten floors letting Arnold take out most of the smaller monsters in the dungeon. Arnold leveling up quickly through the dungeon.
Heading into the 11th floor Erin encounters a horde of 20 orcs all at A Rank, he lets Arnold climb into his short again as Erin starts firing combinations of fire magic spells and arrows. In matter of seconds explosions can be heard as fire fills the cave area. Once the last orc falls Erin walks through ignoring all of the loot that is completely useless to him.
He continues forward after picking up a black cloak from one of the loot drops from the orc. "Need to find the dungeon core to beat this dungeon before it grows too big." Erin mumbles as he moves further into the 11th floor letting the fire behind him continue to burn the orc's bodies and loot drops.
He continues to encounter large groups of A Rank monsters all through the 11th floor, groups of Orcs or soldier ants. He easily takes them out after every battle feeling his body surge with energy and strength, "must be leveling up like crazy!" Erin says with a grin as he continues through the dungeon.
Eventually he makes it to floor 15's boss room, he opens the door as he steps into the room a huge dragon is standing guard in the center of the room. The dragon is the last thing known about this dungeon any further in is unexplored. The dragon is known as the Guardian Dragon of the Abyss, it utilises wind and fire magic of A Rank and has various other skills of A Rank and the S Rank damage reduction skill that reduces damage taken by 90%.
The dragon is increadibly imposing but Erin doesn't feel fear, he instantly starts his assault. Continually casting high damaging fire spells along with arrows enchanted to the maximum, the area around him sounds like a war zone with explosions filling the air.
The dragon rawrs and launches a giant tornado of fire at Erin along with a claw attack. Its speed isnt the best but Erin can feel its raw strength.
In an instant Erin forms a huge magic barrier using his light magic. The giant fire tornado disapates after hitting the barrier but the dragon's claw shatters the barrier with ease causing it to strike Erin with immense force sending him flying into the wall coughing blood up, it doesn't take long for Erin to heal but the dragon is already intop of him launching another claw attack, the dragon continues to pummel Erin landing strike after strike. Erin's HP depletes slowly but his healing abilities unable too keep up with the damage he is taking. Deciding to forgo his magic he grabs the dragon's claw and using his physical strength lifts the dragon up on its back legs before pushing it to the ground on its back.
Erin climbs on the dragon's body and unleashes heavy punches covered in flames that explode on impact, the dragon flails around trying to hit Erin but unable as slowly pain fills its body as its chest caves in making it hard to breathe.
Erin continues launching his flame encrusted punches into the black dragon's body his physical strength may not be as great as the dragon's strength but it is much stronger than any other human and he can easily lift the dragon.
Erin hops off the dragon before lifting the dragon above his head and throwing the dragon with all his strength, the dragon's body flying through the air as its body slowly begins to be covered in flames before crashing into the dungeon wall. Erin continues his assault of magic and arrows this time his arrows even faster and stronger each shot swiftly puncturing holes in its scales like a sniper shooting glass.
After a few minutes the dragon's body goes limp and starts to disappear leaving behind a huge golden chest and piles of loot; dragon scales, dragon bones, dragon fangs and bottles of dragon blood.
Erin picks up all of the resources and opens the chest. Inside is a large tall staff looking to be made of dragon bones and a strange purple crystal mounted at the top with gold accents. Next to it is a small bracelet made of silver with a pale blue gem embedded into it.
He takes the staff and bracelet before quickly heading out of the dungeon happy with his progress for today, he is excited to look at his stats.
Erin quickly heads to the guild, it only being late afternoon he heads to one of the crystals. Gently places his hand on the crystal looking into the display.

Shock filled his face as he saw his level had reached over level 100. As the information setteled in the screen flashes red and moments later two people barge through the door.
"You my good Sir are officially over level 100 which qualifies you to be one of our elite adventurers who will receive the support of the guild as well as specific requests from the kingdom." The old man says. The young woman next to him walks towards Erin with a folder.
"This is for you, this is a contract for working directly with the guild. You will receive a monthly pay of five gold as well as any rewards from quests you do. You will also be able to register for research tasks." The woman explains as she hands him the contract.
Erin quickly reads through the contract and its a fairly simple contract just it means that he has to any quest he is asked to do by the guild and in times of war he must participate in any war efforts.
"Can I ask a question about the participation in warfare?" Erin asks.
They both nod, Erin continues "During war periods I'm happy to assist but I don't want to be on the front lines. I have light magic that rivals even the churches best preists so I can be of use as a medic."
"We understand, we will have that arranged for you. We may need you in those times to defend the medical areas as well if the front lines fall." The old man says, Erin only just noticing his guild Master badge on his hat.
Erin quickly signs the contract, securing his financial security for life now. He heads back home to relax after a long day of exploring the dungeon.
