Chapter 45 - Time skip for 1 year

In this 1 year many things were changed.

Few countries who rejected Keshav's offer previously, accepted it after seeing effectiveness of barriers. It has now became a routine to cover dungeon gate with barrier whenever it appeared. It lead to elimination of danger of dungeon breaks. But players still continued to go in them even then to level up and obtain heart stones.

Due to the increasing popularity of the system and dungeons, many new guilds had been formed in the past year. These groups were made up of players who had awakened and had the same goal of leveling up and collecting heart stones. They often worked together to clear dungeons and help each other out. Some of them had even started to fight each other to see who was the strongest.

In response to the growing number of guilds formed in the past year, the governments of various countries decided to establish a unified classification system for guilds. This was done in order to prevent confusion and disputes over the ranking of guilds. Each guild was given a specific rank based on their strength and accomplishments, with higher ranks being reserved for the most powerful and capable guilds. This new classification system was designed to bring a sense of order and structure to the guilds, making it easier for them to operate and compete against one another.

According to the new classification system, guilds were divided into three tiers based on the maximum level of their players.

Tier 1 guilds had a maximum player level of less than 100, Tier 2 guilds had a maximum player level of 100-200, and Tier 3 guilds had a maximum player level of over 300. This system was designed to ensure that guilds were placed in the appropriate tier based on the strength of their members, allowing for fair competition and recognition of their accomplishments.

Within each tier, guilds were further divided into small, medium, and large categories.

Small guilds had fewer than 30 players, while medium guilds had between 30 and 100 players. Large guilds, on the other hand, had more than 100 players. This division allowed guilds to be classified based on the size of their membership, with each category having its own set of expectations and responsibilities.

In addition to the tier system, a country ranking system and worldwide ranking system were also established for guilds. These rankings were based on the number and strength of dungeons cleared by each guild, as well as their overall performance against other guilds in terms of combat ability, resource management, and other factors. This allowed for a more comprehensive evaluation of guilds' capabilities and achievements, and helped to create a sense of competition and motivation for guilds to strive for excellence.

According to the guild rankings, the top guild in both India and worldwide is the 'Black Cat'. This guild is unique in that it only has two members, Keshav and Jasmine. Despite their small membership, the 'Black Cat' guild has managed to achieve the top spot in both the India and worldwide rankings, displaying their incredible strength and skill.

Many guilds expressed their dissatisfaction with it. Despite the complaints from other guilds, the rankings remained unchanged, with the 'Black Cat' guild retaining their top position in both the India and worldwide rankings. This caused frustration and resentment among the other guilds, who felt that the 'Black Cat' guild did not deserve their ranking due to their small membership. However, despite the complaints, the rules and criteria for the rankings were clearly defined, and the 'Black Cat' guild had met all of them, making it difficult for the rankings to be changed.

As a result of the annual 1% tax payment made by various countries to Keshav and Jasmine, they now found themselves amongst the wealthiest people in the world. This newfound wealth had enabled them to live in luxurious hotels or bungalows whenever they traveled, with only the best of amenities and services at their disposal. While some people may have been envious of their wealth, for Keshav and Jasmine, it only added to their already comfortable lifestyle.

Despite their newly acquired wealth and comfortable living circumstances, Keshav and Jasmine continued to go into dungeons regularly to gain experience and level up. For them, the thrill and challenge of the dungeons was just as important, if not more so, than the material wealth that they had acquired. They felt that leveling up and growing stronger was just as important as anything else in their lives.

So they continued to traverse through the dungeons, facing dangerous monsters and using their unique skills to overcome obstacles and emerge victorious. They pushed themselves to the limits, constantly striving to become even stronger and more powerful. While some people may have looked at them with envy or admiration, Keshav and Jasmine were focused solely on their own goals. For them, the thrill of the dungeon was everything.

Keshav had reached an impressive level of 198, indicating his incredible strength and ability in combat. On the other hand, Jasmine was also making progress, having reached level 196. However, Jasmine had recently realized a mistake in her ability that had prevented her from gaining experience from dungeon breaks. She had made her barriers able to block both monsters and experience, meaning that she was unable to gain experience from monsters killed inside her barriers.

In the time that had passed since the appearance of the system and the awakening of players, scientists had made significant discoveries. They had been studying the system and its effects on the world, both on humans and on the environment. They had also been studying the monsters that came out of the dungeons, trying to understand their behavior and how they had come to be. Many of their findings had not been made public yet, but the scientists were working tirelessly to uncover more secrets.

It had also been discovered that when a dungeon was cleared or if it broke, the materials that made up the dungeon were not completely destroyed. Instead, they were gradually absorbed by the earth, causing it to slowly expand in size. This process was happening on a very slow scale, but it was noticeable over time. This fact had been discovered by scientists who had been studying the changes in the earth's size and composition after dungeon breaks.

It was also discovered that players had grown so strong in power that they could now destroy entire countries with a single attack. This was a remarkable fact that was not lost on the governments of the world, who were beginning to feel anxious and afraid of the power that players now wielded. The international community was beginning to discuss ways to better control and manage the players, in order to prevent them from causing any more widespread destruction or mayhem.

The sheer power and destructive capacity of the players had caused unease and tension among the governments of the world. It was clear that something needed to be done to control and manage the players, for the sake of the stability and security of the world. The international community was actively discussing various options and solutions, ranging from stricter regulations and monitoring to outright elimination of powerful players.

Scientists had also discovered that the new material formed in barriers during dungeon breaks, known as "dungeon essence," that is to form suppressors for players. It was able to suppress players powers because it is formed by compression of thousands of dungeon monsters and their heart stones. Its energy disrupts mana of players causing their powers to weaken temporarily while they are wearing it.

The discovery of the dungeon essence's ability to suppress players' powers was a groundbreaking finding, and it had immediate practical applications. It meant that not only was the material useful in creating barriers, but it also had the potential to be used as a tool for controlling and managing players. This was a significant development, and the international community was quickly working to figure out how to best utilize it.
