Tang Xilong woke up from his cultivation at night and was ready to steal, he wore black robes to incorporate himself into the night and opened his door slightly to see if anyone was in the corridor when he saw no one.
He hurriedly lept out of his room and locked the door before anyone saw him there, he went down the stairs calmly and went towards the side of the ship where food was kept.
As this time of the night was when everyone was seriously cultivating in their rooms cause of the pressure of the entrance competition which was the next day and they would be arriving on Banggu Island in a few hours.
Tang Xilong kept walking in the parts where light didn't reach so that he wouldn't be seen by any staff walking around, he got to the place where all the food was kept but there were a few guards there.
Although he is seemingly a mortal, he has an element which he was definitely born with and it is not normal one or the demonic ones but one of the forbidden elements practiced by evil cultivators so he doesn't let anyone know and also has to be extra careful cause if he was caught using it, he would definitely be killed and he wouldn't be able to join any sect at all.
Also, that time he just woke up in that house when he was five, he had a base cultivation of demonic energy but he was only in demon general early stage which is the second level and since then he had been suspecting that he was a demonic cultivator.
But when he tried to utilize it, he felt pain all over his body so he never tried to do so again and only focused on body cultivation, he used his illusions element when he had to but made sure no one knew of it
As he didn't cultivate any forbidden act for his forbidden element, he could only use his illusions to change his hair colour, eye colour and body structure on the outside for a short period of half an hour and he would have to wait for three hours before he could use it again since he had no demonic energy to utilize it longer.
The thing with the illusions element is that it is the only element out of all forbidden elements which could be cultivated with demonic energy so he always had that fleeting thought every time he used the element 'Maybe I was discarded by my own family when they found out I was born with a forbidden element'
Tang Xilong then remembered the guy from earlier that day and hatched a plan.
The guy with orange hair went towards the guards, the guards stopped him and one of them said "Go back, you're not a staff so you're not allowed to step in here"
The guy with orange hair hurriedly stepped back and said "Sorry for the misunderstanding but Master Long sent me here to summon you two to come meet him in chambers right now, no dawdling and no questions either!"
The guards looked at each other in terror and ran towards the direction of Master Long's chambers
After the two guards left, the guy with orange hair looked left and right then swagged into the food storage room, as soon as he closed the door. He changed back into Tang Xilong and laughed "These two are so gullible, it was so easy now I musn't dawdle too"
The next day arrived sooner than expected and the ship arrived at Banggu Island in time too. As everyone was just about to get off the ship, a few guards rushed towards the entrance to stop them.
They all started complaining
"Why have they stopped us now?"
"What is going on here?"
Then a middle aged man appeared before them and spoke "Sorry to delay everyone here but I just want to check for someone..." He scanned around and said "Who is Tan Weigong here!?"
"Tan Weigong? Who's that?"
"Wait, isn't that the guy with orange hair who collected money from ladies at the staircase before letting them pass?"
"Does the owner of the ship finally want to deal with him?"
Tan Weigong stepped out of the crowd "My name is Tan Weigong! Hope you're not here to collect my hard earned money? Cause if you are, I won't mind fighting for it"
The middle aged man scoffed "How dare you speak to me in that tone! You food thief!"
"Food Thief?"
"He stole food from the most prestigious ship in the Mortal Realm? He has guts"
"He deserves it? How can he overestimate himself just cause some ladies were scared to deal with him"
Tan Weigong was confused and said "Old man! If you want to fight, just say so. No use lying against me like something so trivial such as stealing food! Who wants your petty food!"
The middle aged man was furious "What did you say!? Petty food?? I'll show you petty!"
As the middle aged man was about to attack, someone stepped out and it turned out to be Zhen Subai and her friend followed behind her saying "Mister, you have found the Tan Weigong you're looking for, can you let us who are not a part of your scuffles to go down the ship now?"
Zhen Subai also said "The entrance competition could begin any minute and the best way to deal with such an unrelenting fool such as him is to detain him here until the entrance competition ends, it would teach him a lesson not to stir up the wrong feathers"
The middle aged man calmed down and nodded "What this young lady said is absolutely right. Men! Take this trouble to the dungeon! And let the others pass"
The guards replied "Yes, Master Long!"
Some of the guards immediately grabbed Tan Weigong and as he was being dragged away, he glared at the two girls walking away and thought 'They must have planned this so I wouldn't be able to join the entrance competition and would automatically fail! Damn those bitches, I'll get them back one day!!!'
And as for the true culprit, he was already on the island the moment they landed and as for how he did that.. who cares?
Tang Xilong climbed up a tree and heard everything that happened on the boat then laughed "My plan worked so well, haha but those girls do keep a grudge, I should try my best to avoid them totally. It's best if I stay in the shadows"
When every cultivator who was to participate in the entrance exam came down, the ship left the island and they all started discussing with those they were familiar with.
Someone then said "Even though our journey was delayed, we were still here first"
Another said "Seems like the rumours are true, every time cultivators like us come to Banggu Island, no matter the race, everyone will be delayed but the mortal realm always arrive first"
Then someone refuted "It's only because you mortals are the weakest and your obstacles are the easiest!"
When everyone looked towards that direction, they saw a humongous sword and tons of immortals jumping down from it in a fancy manner
One of the mortals said "They're all so lucky, they all have the able to float above the grounds since they were born, the highest they can float is a representation of their power and it is said that they can fly as soon as they reach the seventh level of spiritual cultivation"
The second person repudiated "Big deal, we mortals can also fly as soon as we reach ninth level"
The third person said "Beastkins can fly when they reach eight level but the devilkins can't fly at all until they reach twelfth level"
The second person scoffed "Looks like we are better than the devilkins on that note, hahaha"
Then someone spoke up "But can you defeat us, what are you mortals compared to us!"
The mortals and immortals who had just arrived looked towards that sound and saw a large demon beast swooping down on the island with a thud made the ground tremble
One of the devilkins laughed "Now that is what I call an entrance!!"
The mortals and immortals just tactfully ignored them so as to not start a fight with the hotheaded devilkins. The devilkins also separated themselves from the others
Tang Xilong who was a spectator of all these was still drooling on the treetop, seems like he had fallen asleep and wasn't aware of what was happening around him
Then one of the mortals spoke "There are only a few hours before the elders appear but where are the beastkins"
Chen Fuxiu shaked her head "As usual, they're gonna be late"
Zhen Subai giggled "I heard that no matter the occasion, the beastkins are always the last to arrive, why is that?"
Chen Fuxiu shrugged "Maybe it's because we have no sense of timing"
And when it was just about a few minutes before the elders were to show up, someone shouted "Everyone, look west towards the sea!!"
Someone asked "What are those black dots!?"
Another person screamed "Those aren't what! They're people!!! Beastkins!!"
An immortal said "Could they possibly be using a water movement scroll to walk on water?"
Chen Fuxiu grinned "Although, the last, we always make the coolest entrance"
Once all the beastkins landed on the island, a huge beam of light landed in front of the trees behind the cultivators
The beam of light made no sound but drew everyone's attention and even awoke the sleeping Tang Xilong instantly
Tang Xilong almost fell from the tree when he woke up but luckily, he steadied himself well just in time to see the light disappear and three people take its place
Tang Xilong recognized none of them 'Their backs are facing me but I can still tell that they already noticed me, I just hope they don't call me out'
The three elders glanced behind and looked at Tang Xilong then laughed in their hearts
The elder from bane sect whose name was Wen Fang whispered to the other two "Do you guys notice the two boys in the shadows?"
The other two elders nodded then the elder from the all the way sect whose name was Yin Yunyang whispered back "How about we favour one of them and call the other one out to spice things up?"
The elder from the creation Sect whose name was Gong Pangui spoke up "That would be fun, others will be on alert against one and the other one would be lucky"
Wen Fang whispered "So how do we choose?"
Yin Yunyang waved her hand "Just pick the wearing black, looks like he is a devilkin, it would make things even more spicier when he's exposed
Gong Pangui looked at Wen Fang and he said "Ehh, no worries, either is fine with me, anything to make this kids compete harder"
The cultivators were busy wondering what the elders were talking about when one of them finally spoke out
Gong Pangui cleared his throat "Ahem, so before we list out the rules for this entrance exam, we would like to mention one person to come out first"
Wen Fang grinned "You better step out before we call your name"
Tang Xilong was scared that they had noticed him and wasn't aware of the second guy who was in the shadows like him but the other guy in the shadows who wasn't aware of Tang Xilong was also freaking out when he realized they had seen him
Yin Yunyang spoke up after a minute had gone by "We don't have time for this, the sooner the better. You know you are from the devil Realm so step out before I make you"
Tang Xilong was taken aback when he heard that and the thought that came to his mind was 'How did they know I am from the devil realm, there is not the slightest demonic aura on me since I can't even utilize my demonic energy so how come? Is my secret out just before I could keep it! What if they know about my forbidden element.. oh no, I won't be able to join any sect if they found that out!'
Before Tang Xilong reluctantly almost stepped out, the other guy jumped out bravely then the other devilkin started whispering "That's Xu Qumeng of the noble Xu family, he arrived here with us, how did he hide himself so fast"
One of the immortals scoffed "As expected of the devilkins, always lurking in the shadows waiting for the opportunity to strike, they can never be fair in anything they do"
One of the devilkins too spoke up "And so what? At least we are better than you hypocrites always saying one thing and doing the other!"
The immortal who spoke was angered and pointed at the devilkins side "You despicable fiend! How dare you say such false things against us!? We bring peace, you bring desolation and despair!!"
Another devilkin spoke too "We bring desolation and despair, okay that's fine but do you even stand up for each other in times of such emotions! We bring it and we deal with it!! You brought peace but still what, don't you kill others just to survive!"
Another immortal shouted "You're just a demon trying to make us hate each other!!"
One of the demons laughed "And so what if that's our goal! We own up to it! You bastard show-offs"
One of the beastkins shaked his head "Here they go again, always bickering with each other over the slightest thing"
One of the mortals pumped a fist in the air "I would say a few words against the devilkins too if I wasn't afraid that they would hit me with their devil energy"
Gong Pangui spoke with a booming voice "Enough! You can continue this after we mention the rules and let you start the entrance exam! We have no time to waste by listening to your nonsense!"
Then everyone quietened down and Yin Yunyang nodded "That's much better, as well as usual, each sect will be accepting just a thousand students so that means only three thousand of you all here will become sect disciples"
Gong Pangui said "The rules for joining creation sect are not so hard. You only have to kill at least five first level middle to peak stage beasts and you have three days to do that. One person must possess six beast cores to join the creation sect"
The cultivators who wanted to join the creation sect were in shock
One of them said "It is common knowledge that if a beast is at first level early stage, it is still stronger than a person on its level and only someone at first level middle stage can injure one but to kill one, you need to be at late stage without the use of scrolls"

You have to imbue your energy into the jade token to see which character you found. You also have three days to find the token.
The best thing is after five days is up, the Qing token will automatically transport you here in front of me no matter where you are but if you are in possession of Wong token after five days, all your energy, it doesn't matter which type will be thoroughly sucked in by the token leaving you defenseless.
