Axel listened to his complaints unamused and let out a tired sigh, to which Heinz raised an eyebrow and finally noticed his melodramatic mood, because Axel would have shot back a jab of his own to that response by now. But the guy being so subdued was plain weird for Heinz.
Heinz asked, "What happened?"
"Don't tell me, you proposed to the princess and got rejected right away?" he added speculatively.
Axel's eyebrow twitched. This guy really knew how to pick the right words, he scratched his chin and dropped the bomb unceremoniously, "Actually, it's the opposite, I rejected her."
"Pftttttttt, hahahahaaha ahahahahhh ahahahahhha hahahah....." Hearing that, Heinz let out a burst of unrestrained laughter. He put his back against the wall within the room, while Axel decided to enter his apartment and closed the door. But Heinz kept laughing, but Axel simply looked at him with a deadpan expression, after a whole minute of his unrestrained laughter.
