As Lilith stepped off the bus, she gazed up at the university's majestic architecture, her eyes widening in wonder. The sprawling structure seemed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, ancient trees towering above its intricate stone facades. She felt a thrill of excitement as she made her way towards the main building, her feet carrying her towards her first class.
As she stepped into the building, ready to enter her classroom, a sudden weight landed on her back, sending a jolt of fear through her body. The morning's unsettling visions flashed in her mind. But the familiar voice whispering in her ear dispelled the unease.
"Surprise!"
Lilith spun around, laughing, and slid off the person clinging to her back. It was her best friend, Freydis . "You weren't supposed to be back for another week!" Lilith exclaimed, still grinning. "What made you change plans?"
Freydis smiled mischievously. "Let's just say I had a change of heart. And I've got stories to tell."
Lilith raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Spill the beans, Freydis. What's going on?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.
"I will, but let's go to class. Otherwise, we'd be late on our first day" said Freydis.
"Fine, I'll wait," Lilith said, playfully rolling her eyes. "But don't think you're getting out of telling me everything."
Freydis grinned. "I wouldn't dream of it. Now, let's get to class before we're late."
