Rein's POV:
Just as my fingers wrapped around the book, a soft knock echoed on the door.
I froze.
Who was it this time?
I tiptoed toward the door and cracked it open just enough to peek.
Of course. I rolled my eyes mentally the moment I saw his face.
"Did you miss me?" Rohan asked, wearing that same annoying, cocky smirk that seemed permanently glued to his face.
"We literally saw each other this morning. Why would I miss you?"
He leaned lazily against the doorframe like he had all the time in the world. "It is okay. I missed you."
Before I could respond, he pushed past me like a breeze and strolled into the room with zero shame, as if he owned it.
"Hey!" I protested, shutting the door behind him. "You just barged in—can't you at least respect a girl's privacy?"
"What is there to respect?" he replied, already flopping onto my bed like it belonged to him. "It is not my first time in your room. I even slept here, remember?"
