Thunder*

The air grew thick with the scent of rain. Dark clouds rolled across the sky, swallowing the last traces of sunlight. The wind howled through the trees, rattling the leaves like whispered warnings.

A deep, guttural rumble of thunder echoed in the distance, shaking the very air around it. The world seemed to pause, as if waiting for the inevitable downpour.

_____

"It looks like it's going to rain," Mike muttered to himself, quickening his pace. "I need to get home before it starts."

Mike had always been an ordinary guy—nothing special about him. He worked a boring job at a supermarket, earning just enough to survive. At 20 years old, he was still a virgin, a fact that gnawed at him every single day. He desperately wanted to experience sex, especially with older, more experienced women. MILFs, married women—they were his ultimate fantasy.

But life had never been fair to Mike. Despite his efforts, he never found a woman willing to give him a chance. His coworkers barely noticed him, and the few women he approached either laughed him off or ignored him completely.

That evening, after a long shift, Mike clocked out, stretched his arms, and let out a sigh.

"Another damn day wasted," he muttered under his breath. But then he remembered—today was payday. What can I even do with this money? Mike wondered, staring at the envelope like it held answers.

"Yes… I have an idea," Mike said to himself, his voice low but steady. There was a strange fire in his eyes tonight—a mix of desperation and determination. He clenched the envelope of cash in his fist, feeling its weight like it was his last hope.

"Today, I'm confident… more than ever," he muttered. "I'll go to Yoshiwara."

He stepped out into the dim streets, neon signs flickering as if teasing him. His footsteps grew faster, louder.

"I'll spend it all… every damn coin. I don't care." His breath quickened. "Tonight, I'll lose my virginity. I'll choose her, the one I want… and I'll break her."

It's just one night, he told himself, dodging a group of laughing merchants. One night to feel like I'm alive.

At the end of a narrow alley, he found her. Her name was Ayame, "Welcome, traveler," Ayame said, her voice soft as moonlight. "Will you share a cup of tea with me?"

Mike nodded, unable to form words. Inside, the room was small but elegant,

"You've come for more than something, haven't you?" she asked, her voice a whisper that sent a shiver down his spine.

Mike swallowed hard, his mouth dry. "Y-Yes. I… I've never…" He couldn't finish, but she understood. With a nod, she rose and extended a hand, leading him behind the screen.

Mike's heart raced, a wild, erratic thing that seemed to shake his entire body. He was here, at the edge of something he'd only ever imagined, something that felt like both a triumph and a surrender.

Ayame's fingers brushed his cheek, grounding him in the moment. "Breathe," she murmured, her touch steadying his trembling hands. "There's no rush."

But as she leaned closer, something shifted inside him. A sharp, searing pain erupted in his chest, like a blade twisting deep. His breath caught, and his vision blurred. He stumbled back, clutching at his heart, his knees buckling beneath him.

"M-Mike?" Ayame's voice was distant now.

No… not now… His thoughts were a jumble, a desperate plea to a universe that wasn't listening. He'd come so far, risked so much, only to be stolen away at the threshold of his desire. The pain surged again, a tidal wave that drowned everything—his hopes, his fears, his fleeting moment of courage. And then, nothing.

"Wake up, Mike."

A soft, feminine voice echoed in his ears.

Mike's eyes fluttered open, and, he found himself standing in an endless white void.

Everything was silent, peaceful, yet deeply unsettling.

In front of him stood the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.

She had long, silver hair that flowed like silk, her golden eyes radiating warmth and power. She wore a pure white dress, which glowed with a divine aura. She wasn't just beautiful—she was ethereal.

Mike blinked. "W-What the hell… Where am I?"

The woman clasped her hands together. "You're dead."

Mike's breath caught in his throat. Dead? No. That couldn't be right. He was just Completing my Dream.

"You Got an heart attack," the woman continued in a gentle voice. "I deeply apologize, but… there's been a mistake."

Mike's heart pounded. "A… mistake?"

She nodded. "Yes. You weren't supposed to die today. Your death was an accident. It was due to an unfortunate miscalculation on our part."

Mike clenched his fists. "Then send me back!" That Bitch wating for me!.

The woman hesitated before shaking her head. "That's not possible."

Mike's stomach dropped. "What do you mean it's not possible?"

She sighed. "Your body was… destroyed by Them. Burned beyond recognition."

Mike's mind went blank.

His body… was gone? Completely burned?

He had no way of returning?

"So, what the hell am I supposed to do?" Mike demanded. "You guys screwed up! Shouldn't you at least fix it?"

The angel's golden eyes softened. "We can't return you to your old body. But… we can offer you another chance."

Mike frowned. "Another chance?"

She gave a gentle nod. "Reincarnation."

Mike raised an eyebrow. "Reincarnation? Like… being reborn?"

"Yes. But not in the world you came from." She took a step closer. "We will send you to another world. A world where magic and supernatural powers exist. A world where you could live a new life—with all the desires and experiences you missed in your previous one."

Mike's eyes widened. "Magic? Superpowers?"

The angel smiled. "Yes. And this time, you will have opportunities that were never available to you before."

Mike's mind raced. A new world? A second chance at life? Could he really pass this up?

"But… I'll be reborn, right?" Mike asked cautiously. "Like, as a baby?"

The angel nodded. "Yes. You will start from infancy. Your soul and personality will remain, but over time, your memories of this conversation will fade as you grow into your new life."

"As a baby?!" he snapped, his voice trembling with frustration. "I'd have to wait at least sixteen damn years for sex if I'm reborn as a newborn! I don't want to wait anymore!" His eyes burned with an uncontrollable fire as he glared at the angel. "I need it now. You have to fulfill my need… I'm already burning in the flames of lust!"

"You are crossing your limit," the angel said coldly, her radiant eyes narrowing with divine authority. "Say one more word like that… and I will destroy you where you stand."

"If sex is what you truly crave," she continued, her voice sharp like a blade, "then accept your reincarnation. There is no shortcut to desire—you must earn it in your next life."

"...Fine," he said. "I accept."

The angel's smile widened. "Then let us begin."

A bright golden light engulfed Mike, and his consciousness faded into warmth.

Rebirth in Another World....

The first thing Mike felt was softness.

Warmth surrounded him, and his body felt… strange. Small. Weak.

His senses were different, muffled, like he was hearing the world through a thick barrier.

A woman's voice cooed softly. "He's beautiful…"

Mike felt himself being lifted, his tiny body wrapped in something warm. He was being held.

His blurry vision adjusted slightly, revealing the face of a woman.

She had long, wavy brown hair, gentle eyes, and a warm smile. She looked… gorgeous.

Mike wanted to speak. He wanted to ask where he was, what was happening—but only a tiny, helpless cry came out.

This is real.

This is my new life.

He had been reborn.
