Ash and Pikachu returned to Route 1 after their conversation with Arceus.
The breeze ruffled Pikachu's fur as he perched on Ash's shoulder, ears twitching at every rustle in the grass.
Ash looked at Pikachu and said excitedly, "Looks like we've got an exciting adventure ahead, buddy!"
"Pika Pika…!" Pikachu returned the same smile to his dear friend.
"First, let's check out this system Arceus talked about."
Ash had his priorities straight. At first, he was worried his actions might mess up the timeline, making him hesitant to follow his previous steps. But he relaxed once he understood he was in a world similar to his old one, yet different—giving him complete freedom in his adventure.
'Now, how do I activate the system?' Ash wondered, confused, but to his surprise, the same screen appeared in front of him again.
"Pika?!" Pikachu was surprised by the screen's appearance and looked at Ash questioningly.
"Can you see the screen now…?" Ash looked at him in surprise and asked.
"This must be the gift Arceus told us about, called 'the system'..."
A look of understanding appeared on Pikachu's face, and he urged Ash to check the screen.
"Alright, let's see…"
Ash calmly looked at the system and read the instructions displayed.
[System Usage Instructions]:
The system is controlled through thought and voice. It can't be operated by touch.
The system doesn't force the host to do anything. Missions are created based on the host's desires. The harder the mission, the better the reward.
The host can tell friends and family about the system, but information about Arceus will be blocked.

We hope the host understands all these features.]
Ash stared in awe at the system's features. "This system… it's kind of amazing."
Pikachu nodded in agreement.
"Let's try… 'Status.'"A screen appeared in front of Ash and Pikachu, and they looked at it curiously.

Super Body (High): Your body is absurdly tough. You can withstand dozens of powerful attacks—even Pikachu's shock can't harm you.Massive boost to endurance and strength.
Ash was speechless at the status screen. He glanced at the titles, then focused on his aura power.
Now that he thought about it, he did feel his aura had increased drastically compared to before. But he sighed, realizing he still had to train his control.
As for the other titles, he decided to pretend they didn't exist.
Because the world had changed, the system marked his past achievements as 'fake'—echoes of a life no one remembered
He groaned at the "Super Body" description, but stayed silent when he saw Pikachu giving him a weird look—as if trying to figure out if Ash was a Pokémon himself.
Ash sighed and decided to check out the other system features.
'Missions'

Ash looked at the only mission assigned to him in surprise. It was actually a good training plan. Pikachu's current strength hadn't even reached 1% of his former peak. With this training, he could grow stronger again.
Ash thought for a moment and decided to start the mission once he found a good camping spot for the day.
He continued checking the other system functions.

"Your titles are amazing, buddy."Ash complimented Pikachu, who looked away shyly.
"But I didn't know you had aura power? Maybe you could learn aura techniques?"
Ash give Pikachu a puzzled look and asked.
Pikachu tilted his head, confused. "Pika pi?"
Ash chuckled. "Yeah, I guess even you don't know how this aura thing works, huh?"
Ash gave an understanding nod to his friend and continued checking other features.
He placed his backpack down and looked at it with curiosity. It didn't look any different. When he opened it and reached inside, he didn't feel anything—as if it were empty.
He thought about grabbing a towel… and suddenly, he felt something in his hand. He pulled it out—and it was the towel he had in mind.
"This bag is going to be really helpful, right Pikachu?"
Ash loved this feature—an infinite space that didn't add any weight? Game changer.
Pikachu stared at the bag in admiration, wondering how it even worked.
After finishing his inspection of the bag, Ash looked at the Achievements section.
Achievements: 1{ You have 1 unread message in your achievement log. Would you like to read it? }
[Yes / No]
Ash quickly tapped [Yes] out of curiosity.
Message Opened…Congratulations on unlocking the achievement: "Journey Begins"
Condition: Have at least one Pokémon on your team.
Reward: 5,000 poke dollar, 100 System Points.
Note: The money is deposited into the host's personal account. You can check it via the Pokédex.
Ash scratched his head in confusion. He hadn't expected the system to give him actual money. He wondered if the money was legal, but decided to stop thinking about it for now.
It would definitely help in raising and training his Pokémon, since they needed proper resources for physical and mental growth.
And it might ease his mom's worries about expenses. After all, trainers had many ways to earn money.
From contests and battles to full-on tournaments—these were great ways to earn cash.
And don't forget: the Pokémon Alliance of each region gives trainers a monthly allowance based on their rank.
Trainer Ranks:
Beginner: 500$ /month
Rising Star: 3,000$/month
Elite: 15,000$/month
Master: 50,000$/month
Champion: 500,000$/month
Of course, that's just from the pokemon Alliance—winning tournaments could multiply that tenfold.
Ash hadn't known that until Professor Kukui told him. After all, his friends were usually the ones helping him care for his Pokémon. Thinking about it made him feel a little embarrassed.
But he still remembered Kukui's shocked face when he saw Ash's account balance. It was hilarious.
After saving the world and winning so many competitions, Ash had become ridiculously rich.
Too bad all that money vanished when the timelines merged.
He'd built so much with his Pokémon... and now it was gone. But if there was even a chance to reunite with them, he'd chase it.
Ash sighed at the thought—but honestly, he didn't mind.
What he truly loved… was traveling and training Pokémon—not enjoying the luxuries of money.
