After all the civilians left, Mr. Quill confronted the Hollow Accord Lord. "You! Don't think that just because the Chairman of the VRA tolerates you, you're free to wreak havoc." Mr. Quill felt wronged. Why was he suddenly attacked?
The Lord was not a fugitive. His members were, but he was not. It was a pretty strange concept, but yes, the Lord was legal. He and the VRA President had even cooperated.
Because of that, Mr. Quill couldn't just report this man.
"Yes. I'm being willful because of my backing," the Lord said shamelessly. "How about you? That principal of yours already has one foot in the grave. I think it would be best if he surrendered the academy to the Chairman."
Mr. Quill didn't want to cause chaos anymore. They were not allowed to use their abilities unless it was a life-or-death situation. The Lord didn't seem to be planning to harm him.
He pulled Mr. Rosen, who was watching the show. "I don't want to participate in your idiocy. We're leaving."
