"Return to our homeland and announce our victory. I will stay and guard this land with the generals and my younger siblings," said Captain.
"And enjoy the facilities here."
"I will rename this island to the Kingdom of Arial," declared the Captain.
"Long live Captain Arial! Long live Captain Arial!" they all shouted in unison.
"But remember! In the land across the sea—our true birthplace—only my brothers and sisters shall remain.
My generals, my soldiers, and I will stay here. We will export food and various natural resources from this land."
"Remember!! No other country must ever learn about this special island!!" warned Captain Arial.
"Yes, Captain!!" they responded loudly.
The Departure of the Baby to Another Land
The ship sailed through the sea, swaying with the waves. The cries of the baby, the sobs in the middle of the ocean—no one heard them.
The cold waves and pouring rain—this poor baby endured them all. The long journey and the sadness within him.
But with the help of an angel, the baby finally reached another land, as if traveling through a time portal—he arrived at an art market, a place full of people and tourists. The large ship drifted to shore, next to cruise ships and fishing boats. Many people were there and noticed the grand ship of the Royal Armada.
"Wow, let's check out that ship!" shouted the fishermen.
But when they boarded, they found no one on board.
This luxurious ship moved on its own. They thought it was a ghost ship that had drifted ashore.
Then one of them—an old man named Guru—heard the cry of a baby who had just woken from a long sleep, lying in the upper bunk.
Guru was shocked.
"Oh my God?"
"What is it, Guru?" asked the young men, looking toward him.
"Wuaaahhh!" they shouted in surprise.
Guru said, "There's a baby here!"
"Aww, poor thing!" Everyone felt pity and moved by the sight.
Guru asked in confusion, "Whose baby is this?"
Then one of the young men replied, "Take him, Guru. Bring him home!"
"Maybe this ship was attacked by pirates and only this baby was left behind."
Then the old man brought the baby home. Everyone came along to Guru's house, where he was known as a famous artist in this land.
Guru had created many works of art.
"Guru, just let the baby stay here!" said the young men.
Guru thought for a moment.
"Alright, I will raise him here," he said. "My wife will nurse him!"
The middle-aged woman came with a joyful face. She saw the baby and said,
"Yes, I will take care of him. He will be my child. I've always wanted a baby. Oh, how cute he is!"
Everyone was filled with joy.
"Then I will name him Art!" said Guru. "It means art in many forms."
"Hmm, what a beautiful name—Art," responded the wife and the others.
Guru smiled happily.
"Hehehe, he will be my adopted son. I never had a son. Thank you, God. My wife and I will raise and protect him," said Guru.
18 Years Later...
Art grew up in the family of an artist, and he attended a school in the state of Venice.
One day, when Art returned from school, Guru was fishing. He invited Art to go fishing with him by the beach.
"Art, get your fishing rod ready, we're going to fish in the deep sea. I will show you the art of fishing!" said Guru.
"Alright, Guru! Yay, we're going fishing!" Art excitedly prepared his gear.
Then Art and Guru sailed off to fish using the same ship that had brought Art to the island.
When they reached the middle of the sea, Guru cast his hook into the water. Art followed his method.
"Let's see who catches a fish first!" said Guru.
"Bring it on!" replied Art with enthusiasm.
Guru moved his hook toward the shore, and soon his float began to bob—a sign that a fish was biting.
He quickly jerked the rod, and a huge fish surfaced from the water.
Art was amazed.
"Wow! That's huge, Guru! You're amazing. I lost!"
Excited, Art helped pull the fish into the boat.
Guru advised, "Now cast your rod toward the shore, just like I showed you."
"Okay, Guru!" said Art.
He cast his line, and soon the float moved—something was biting.
"Now pull the rod!" shouted Guru.
Art pulled—and to their surprise, it was a huge shark!
Art was shocked.
"Wooow! Look, Guru! My fish is even bigger than yours!"
With joy, Art pulled it in.
"Very good! You're really skilled, Art. My lessons weren't wasted. You learn quickly," praised Guru.
"Yes, Guru!" said Art happily, holding the giant fish.
Guru looked at the sunset.
"Alright, Art. Let's clean the fish for dinner and head home."
They returned with two large fish. At home, Art rushed in to show his catch.
"Mother! Look, I caught a huge fish!" he said.
"Wow, you two are amazing! Okay, give it to me—I'll cook it!" said the mother.
"Alright, Mom!" replied Art.
They ate dinner together, filled with joy.
Suddenly, Guru had an idea for the next day.
"Art, how about tomorrow I teach you the art of painting? I'll take you to my gallery where I display and sell my artworks."
Art eagerly replied,
"Wow, that sounds awesome, Guru! I'd love that!"
"Yes," Guru added. "I will show you how to paint beautifully at my gallery."
"Hooray!" Art was full of curiosity and excitement.
