After a whole night of annoyance, Xiong Yue went to the police station the next day.
She wanted to investigate Bao Shuai's death and solve all of this.
Fortunately, this trip was not without gains. Xiong Yue got two important clues: Bao Shuai suffered from schizophrenia, and Bao Shuai, like herself, had his hometown in Xiaonim Village.
Xiong Yue grew up in Xiaonim Village, and moved to the city after graduating from junior high school.
Could it be that she and Bao Shuai knew each other when they were children?
Xiong Yue decided to go back to Xiaonim Village tomorrow. She wanted to find out Bao Shuai's background before she could find out about Agua.
Xiong Yue returned home, just in time for lunch, and there were four sets of tableware on the table, and four chairs were also prepared.
"Are we having guests?" Xiong Yue looked around vigilantly.
"No, four is an even number, it looks auspicious, sit down and eat quickly." Mom said, sitting on Xiong Yue's left.
"Yes, Yueyue, don't you forget, our family used to be four people." Dad said, sitting on Xiong Yue's right.
"Four people?" Xiong Yue frowned, "Who is the fourth person?"
Mom and Dad didn't speak, but placed the teddy bear on the empty chair opposite!
Xiong Yue jumped up.
"Yueyue, what's wrong?" Mom and Dad looked at Xiong Yue with concern, but their expressions seemed to be smiling.
Xiong Yue did have a younger sister, named Xiong Xin, but she died in the river in an accident in her second year of junior high school.
And Xiong Xin's favorite thing since childhood was a plush teddy bear!
"I don't want to eat." Xiong Yue stood up and went back to her room.
Xiong Yue thought carefully, and her parents had been acting strangely since she woke up. Were they also controlled by Agua?
They had amnesia, and regarded themselves as their younger sister?
At around 11 p.m. that night, Xiong Yue was lying in bed, tossing and turning.
She suddenly heard a series of footsteps, very light, the sound stopped in front of the door.
Xiong Yue slowly got out of bed and quietly put her ear to the door, but couldn't hear any movement.
Was it a hallucination?
Xiong Yue didn't believe it.
She gently knelt on the ground and looked outside through the crack in the door.
She actually saw a pair of fluffy bear feet!
It was Agua! It had possessed this plush teddy bear again, and it was going to come in!!
Boom boom boom——
Xiong Yue's door was knocked.
A hoarse and cold voice came slowly: "Xiong Yue, you don't even think about throwing me away."
"You... are you Agua?" Through the door, Xiong Yue asked, trembling.
The voice smiled sinisterly: "From tomorrow onwards, you be the bear, and I'll be the person, okay?"
After saying that, there was no movement outside the door.
Xiong Yue didn't know what that meant, but she had an ominous premonition that Agua would take her life tomorrow!
She didn't have much time left!
