The **Shadows of Ambition** laughed, but **Leerstrom** just smiled, as if he had already expected it. 


— *Now, **Katherine** will join the **Shadows of Ambition**, and **Leerstrom** will become a **Guardian of the Dawn**!* 


**Katherine** walked over to the **Shadows**, where **Drake** welcomed her with a teasing smile. 


**Drake**: *"Welcome to the dark side, singer. I hope you like the fire."* 


**Katherine** (looking at him, seriously): *"I'm not here to play."* 


Meanwhile, **Leerstrom** joined the **Guardians**, where **Hardy** received him with suspicion. 


**Hardy**: *"If you try to sabotage us, I'll kick you out myself."* 


**Leerstrom** (smiling): *"Oh, Hardy, I just want to help... for now."* 


**Belor** (to **Grayrock**): *"Having **Leerstrom** on our team is like having a snake in the nest."* 


**Grayrock** (impassive): *"Stone is not afraid of snakes."* 


**Glenda** (to **Katherine**): *"I hope you understand that here, we play dirty."* 


**Katherine** (firm): *"I understand. But I will not stoop to your level."* 


**Drake** (whispering to **Katherine**): *"You know I'm on your side, right?"* 


**Katherine** (looking at him, seriously): *"I don't know anything. And I don't trust you."*
