The Tojus are a "companies" workers group of gangs. They are "for the people", workers and often wears a white bandana to show their charisma and wisdom. It used to be a Great Affiliations Network, and had the best students in mind, until the loops happened that they became anarchial. They were disciplined before, but the loops made them insane. They, upon learning the truth and became wild beast had in their mind only the need to procreate. They set up prostitution rings to satisfy their men and make the Commoners House a livable place.
That is when they thought to themselves that government and police authority had no more influence over them and argued upon one another to take wives as women of their needs. Thus, the crime for kidnappings and prostitution increased and the time of their rise in power was influenced by the surrounding notion that sex is power. They become influencial, authoritative, and powerful. Made themselves very much influenced by worldly and physical derivatives, that made them rich. They had a different version of the world where class does not enjoy much privelege. So they were beginning to be from a "yes man" position to an abrassive bunch.
This is when the Sarawa Group or companies leaders group lost control of their people and the companies became a war of secular wars, a civil war fought on the grounds of a company. Where the Status quo leaders of the company, one with class and discipline are being outranked by the abrassive and out of discipline group of new ring leaders in the arena of the people. Lacking financial and negotiational attributes, the Tojus do fall behind the world of socialites. Only wanting to pleasure themselves and not like leaders much, they hate government but created a government of their own.
This is when the Sarawa Group befriended the thugs that they thought were displeasing. What end up happening was the realization of the Sarawa Group that muscles need to be procured, to discipline the workers into coordinating with their leaders. For which, the workers tend to act like the thugs would. Treat team building opportunities as sexualizing the women and creating children with them. They were having sex with woman who have husbands in their lives and are stealing these women from their husbands through intro marriages and team building marriages that are making them sexually hard and connected. Sometimes, they even have child with them that they have hidden through. How? By saying that they are on a mission abroad to their husbands and needs a year to be abroad to satisfy the company and the job. A job order, if I recall.
Now, the two often fight in the number of ways satisfying their grounds. The Hamariki Gangs discipline the workers, the workers fight for their freedom and cause to live a free life. Sex is on the hime light of the Tojus, without it their company group of workers will collapse. That is why in their kidnappings, they added a military point of view when they joined hands with the Beijin Group and the Military. It is a form of magic so complex, but with the right methods, they can create women with the right method of prostitution. They started then, torturing women over and over again, and rape them over and over again, be it that they die then "respawn" them and the woman will say: "Why am I still alive?". Then after Pavlovian and Operant conditioning, train them to become sex servants of men. To which, the Hamariki Group of gangs really hated most because the Tojus are now kidnapping their women and as well as the rich ladies of Sarawa Group. To make them programmed to be sex workers. Why does the Hamariki Gangs hate this process so much? Because they all saw it done by the military in the past. Whenever the military steals a woman, they kill them over and over again to satisfy the greed of their authority for power, a different concept from the Tojus but left same with sex over and over again.
This is why for a long time now, the two groups, the Tojus of the Beijin Military Corps and the Hamariki of the Sarawa Head Companies Group are at war with each other. Some call it, the Extinction Wars!
