Chapter 29 - Episode 29: Chains of Blood and Flame

Episode 29: Chains of Blood and Flame

Ayra and Caelum had barely rested.

The sky was still gray from dawn, but something was different now. The forest no longer felt heavy—it felt watchful. As if ancient eyes had opened, watching their every move.

---

Scene 1: Dreams of Fire (Caelum's Past Awakens)

That night, Caelum tossed in his sleep, sweat beading on his forehead.

Then it came—the first real vision of his past.

A burning throne room.

Screams.

A woman with hair like the stars, shielding a baby.

A man with gold-blue eyes screaming "Run!"

A ring—shining, ancient—slipped onto the baby's hand.

> "Caelum…"

A voice—gentle, sorrowful, powerful—called his name.

> "You were not lost. You were hidden."

He woke up with a gasp.

Ayra sat nearby, staring at the stars.

> "Bad dream?" she asked.

> "A memory… maybe."

He stared at his ring.

And it stared back.

---

Scene 2: Training Begins – The Celestial Core

Ayra's necklace began to pulse.

It led them to a clearing with no sky—only shimmering void above, like they had stepped outside the world.

In the center stood a floating cube, spinning in six different directions at once.

> "This… is a Celestial Core," Ayra whispered. "My mother spoke of it."

> "What does it do?"

> "It… awakens power. But it also judges you."

Ayra stepped forward first.

As she touched the core, it exploded in light—projecting her deepest self outward:

A vision of her true form—a being of swirling cosmic winds, wrapped in stardust and glowing markings.

Caelum watched in awe.

But then…

The core attacked.

It lashed out with energy whips of chaos and silence—trying to break her.

Ayra gritted her teeth, her mind almost collapsing.

> "You're not real!" she shouted. "I decide who I am!"

And then, the winds obeyed her.

The core accepted her.

A golden symbol appeared behind her: the Mark of the Omniversal Creator.

Scene 3: Caelum's Turn – The Ring Awakens

Now it was Caelum's time.

The moment he stepped forward, the cube stopped.

And then, it kneeled.

Ayra stared.

> "It's… recognizing him."

> "Not his power," she whispered. "His bloodline."

The ring on Caelum's finger glowed so brightly that space around them bent.

The cube spoke.

> "Welcome, son of the Multiverse King. Your path is bound in chains, forged by betrayal. Will you break them… or be consumed by them?"

Suddenly, Caelum was pulled into an illusion—face to face with his mother.

> "Caelum," she said, "you are the key. But keys can either unlock… or destroy."

When he emerged from the vision, tears lined his face—but he stood taller.

> "I remember… her voice."

---

Scene 4: Dark Forces Move

Meanwhile…

In a grand chamber made of void and gold, one of the Multiversal Council's high agents stood before a shadowy figure.

> "They have entered the Celestial Path. Ayra has begun awakening. The boy… remembers fragments."

The figure turned slowly.

> "Then… it is time to wake the Sleeper."

> "The one sealed under the Ninth Star."

> "If Ayra walks the path of creation…"

> "We shall unleash the one born for destruction."

---

Scene 5: A Moment of Peace Before the Storm

Ayra and Caelum sat by the edge of a lake, reflecting the stars above like a mirror.

> "Why do I feel like… we're being prepared for something way bigger than a kingdom?" Caelum asked.

Ayra chuckled.

> "Because we are."

Then she turned to the camera—yes, you, reader.

> "And the author better not mess this up," she smirked.

> "Or I'll rewrite this whole plot myself."

Caelum blinked.

> "Did you just—"

> "Yep," Ayra said. "Fourth wall. Cracked. Shattered. Get used to it."
