Years after.
Maraian's Pov
it's been literally a year since I joined the school and the experience was really cool.But my cousin Valeria sure did everything she could to ruin my new found happiness. I was just a mile away from going to my dream school. All I want in this life is to complete university in a prestigious one, get married to some one I really love, have about four kids which includes two boys and two girls, adopt a puppy then live a happy ever after life yeeeeaaaahhh. I was sure Valeria was older than me but at the same time why was she doing in my class, weird right. She wasn't a saint that I knew, but I felt that she had something in stored for me like a bomb and her waiting for it to explode right in my face a maniac right.
Prom the big day was arriving and just around the corner waiting to land anytime soon. I made up my mind not to attend at all but I was convinced by my own friends were so manipulative, but I myself didn't want to miss it. But for my cousin "Valeria" to torture me on my D-day a very big "no".They always said prom is going to be the last day in high school so I should just flow and come right after school we went home, I mean I and my ridiculous cousin. Who always did everything in her power to get me in trouble.
Aunt was to come after prom it made valeria very sad and moody cause her shopping,fighting, and torturing partner wasn't around. No one bothered to go talk to her at all. Not even me she can deal with her own problems. Sometimes I would have a strange feeling of consoling her but I would think of all the things she did to me and go against it. After studying I watched some videos and movies because I wasn't given any assignment.I dressed in my work attire after I had slept and woken up and taken my bath ready for work. My work was all shitty and stuff.
I still cope but there had been this man whore who had been stalking me, after some months of starting working at the club.
There I tried to convince my boss to tell him to stop that man and his men from following me always, but my boss said he was a big shot for me.And if I tried hard I could win him over and spend his money. I didn't take it seriously because I had managed to be in a peaceful life and didn't want anything for now.Thenmy mind drifted onto me taking the company would my aunt even let me oh no. I was very sure my aunt was touring around other countries and having fun making sure she didn't leave even a coin for me very cool.
But why didn't my aunt send valeria with her that was their problem to solve. I boarded the uber and went to the club. When I entered the strong scent of alcohol and other sweaty smells hit my nose. I had been used to it now. When I went to serve the people who were at the table I spotted the blue eyed man about 6'4 feet tall with good looking skin who had been sending his men to stalk me he called me but I didn't want to go. But when my boss saw this he called me I angrily went to him, he scolded me for some time and later he excused himself.The strange man sent his men out and as they left he held my hand and pushed me on his lap.
I blushed and felt angry at the same time. The guy was cool and all but he had this cold aura. It seemed to be eminating from him all the time.I wanted to get up but he seductively placed his big palm under my waist. And traced his other hand on my ear then to my hair. He shoved the few strands on my forehead to the back of my ear Then he whispered in my ear, "I we will definitely make sure you will be mine"I shivered and the once not easy to go with girl had turned to a very quite one. But the question here was why did I suddenly feel that way was this love at first sight. A big NO cause it really creeped me out.
So I stood up and hurriedly ran back to the counter then went back in. There I saw my boss, who was laughing and giggling like a you know what. When he saw me it was like he had won a lottery. I hoped it wasn't the fraudsters who were trying to fraud him. He then shouted my name I went to him then he told me that the man had given him a very large sum of money. To make me work at the club any time I wanted as I was a student . So he sure was stalking me gosh I needed to handle things. Cause if I don't take care it will get out if hands so I needed to take action. But what action should I take?
